I was so excited to try this place and get a breakfast bagel, went they stated it was going to be 20 minutes. I literally just got two bagels and shmear and it took over 30 minutes… I get being busy but taking so long on just bagels with cream cheese nothing else is crazy. Also watched the manager or owner get on his phone use it put it in his pocket and not change gloves. They also decided they were not going to answer calls. This will be the last time I come here…

Their bagels are very good but they are on the small side for the price. They are accomodating when you ask for something but some of the servers could be a little nicer. They are definitely the best bagels in town and make them the right way but for now I will continue to get mine in Phoenix when I am there or someone else I know is going to Chompies. They make them well too and they are far less expensive.

We has intentions of dining in, but as soon as we walked in the energy in the store was off. Cashier/Barista was extremely rude to her co-worker. At one point becoming so annoyed she followed him to back of house to yell a question at him. Literally talking to him like he was dumb. Cashier asked me what type of bagel I wanted, and then when I told her she rudely told me "We don't have any." Only for her to look into the case and see that they did have the bagel I wanted. She again made a rude comment to an employee by saying, "I told you we were out of wax paper." When recieving our coffee the Cahsier spilled hot Espresso on herself and then said to me, "I just can't get your coffee right." And handed it to me. At that point we just gathered our food and left.Bagel are fresh, and all food was hot and delicious. As a General Manager of a food establishment, myself. I cannot stand to witness employees treating other employees with disrespect. I also am unsure if this Cashier was the manager, which makes the situation worse. She made the entire environment bad. We did not want to stay any longer than we had to. I cannot in good conscious recommend a place where employees aren't treated with respect, and dignity. I had been wanting to try this bagel spot for a couple weeks after seeing them on Instagram. I am bummed.

Came here for the first time and the employee who brought us out was so rude to her coworkers. She repeated the same question 3 times to here coworker about how much fresh bagels and coming out from the oven. Keep saying “that’s not what I asked”. After that she took our order. Not coming here again. She made the whole room feel unwelcoming.

I was complaining to a friend how I can’t find a good bagel in ABQ and she recommended this place. I walk in and immediately the music taste was fantastic as well as being an adorable little shop. The staff were extremely friendly and playful which is great to see. The bagel that I got was delicious, definitely the best bagel you can find in New Mexico!

I love this spot. The staff are always so friendly, they are very generous with their smear spreading, and they don't mind accommodating my desires for 'light toast' and 'add onions" every time. <3Parking: Lots of compact spots. Sometimes tricky on weekends to fit my big rig in there. Very walkable if you're close.

An awesome little shop just outside of old town. I’m not sure what was better the coffee, bagels, or service. The staff was so friendly and attentive, and the amount of customization options for the sandwiches ensures you get exactly the meal you want. I will definitely be back.

Cute little bagel shop near Old Town, in a really fun walkable part of ABQ. Id just been cruising around on my day off and drove by Kaufman's and tried it on a whim. It was a great find! They had about 9 different bagels to pick from and a full menu of bagel combos and sandwiches. I got the simple egg and cheese on a sesame bagel with rosemary olive oil cream cheese. It was a great choice, the egg was scrambled soft and the schmear was delicious. I don't really have any criticisms, and look forward to my next sampling! The dining area is pretty small but there's lots of outdoor space. I think finding a way to eat on site is the way to go. The bagel was hot and crispy and I could see that getting ruined if you packed it up.Anyway, I'll be back! Check it out if you're looking for a new breakfast spot, I feel like it's gonna blow up.

Had a delightful visit on a Saturday morning. The cozy atmosphere wasn't too crowded. Opted for the breakfast bagel (everything bagel with cheese and onion smear) and camomile tea – both satisfyingly filling. Friendly staff provided quick service, and the reasonable prices were a plus. Despite a minor hiccup with lettuce inclusion, easily resolved by just taking it off. The hot tea and boiled bagels added a genuine taste of New York to the Albuquerque experience.

Best bagels in Albuquerque and the shop is so warm and welcoming! The blue corn bagels are amazing and NY rye is spot on. All of the bagels look amazing and I'm so grateful to have this gem nearby. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

This bagles are great. Our new to go to in the early morning.P.S. to you staff, if you ever want to get tiped, dont ask for it. We the customers know there is a tip option. It is really annoying and when you do so, your tip is always 0.
