I had used them for years. This last time I dropped off a machine they did not respond over the course of several months. I called several times, told I would get called back. Nothing. Called again, same thing. Finally received quote. sent back saying yes please fix. Nothing. called, told they were waiting on a response from me. resent saying yes please fix. Nothing. called, we'll call you back. nothing. Called, told they need approval for new quote.(no, the price didn't go down) sent approval. Nothing. Called. Nothing. you get the picture. finally Picked up gutted machine. Told all old parts were in a box. NO, not all parts were in the box, to many to list what was missing. Then got a call for the bill for what they did. ( you know labor to gut my machine) claimed some new parts. Not sure where or what. My advice do not use. Awful all the way around. Found Ace repair. wonderful people. Found out Mike at Ace used to work for KD. So I would say, That's why the service Used to be good. Not anymore.

If you are the owner of a prosumer espresso machine you will find Albuquerque is a desert when it comes to maintenance. Recently had machine in twice, first time five weeks! Cov19 poor excuse. It was not fixed as requested. Quit working after two weeks. Right back to shop several weeks later. It then sat in shop for three more weeks with no call but again, not completed as requested. I spent a grand total of 463$ first time and was unfairly charged for second time. KD is pricey, relies mainly on one tech who seems to arbitrarily decide what he will fix and not fix, and communication is non-existent. KD should not make you think they're doing you a favor, charge those prices and claim they break even. A total hassle. ACM was much more reliable and you weren't paying franchise prices.

They do great work but their customer service is lacking , they fixed our brewer and never called us , then we go to pick up during business hours and they're not open , then we go back and they can't find our brewer only to find it 20 min later for sale in their showroom display area. Hopefully some attention to customer service helps line up with their technical abilities.

We have a Brasilia Espresso Maker and a Macap coffee grinder from them. We have had service done once on the Espresso Machine. Kevin and his crew are marvelous. Now we have delicious lattes and Americanos at home!
