Kenric Inc. dba McDonald's

Hello, my daughter got cat called when she went in to use the bathroom at the McDonald’s on Arenal and Coors BY EMPLOYEES!!! Like what workplace allows this to happen??? 2 employees were on break I’m assuming as they were sitting in lobby tables when my daughter walked in and the employees at the tables whistled at her, the manager on shift opened the door for my daughter and didn’t tell the employees anything VERY unprofessional. Will never come back to this McDonalds. This happened on November 9th around 6-7 PM.

I worked for McDonald’s for 3 1/2 days. during this time i received multiple problems with my work from the managers on las estancias. i recently found a new job and now their denying my check until i turn in the uniform they gave to me even though they take that out of your check. along with that i know it’s not mandatory to return the uniform because i previously worked. i am very frustrated and if im being honest i want to continue on with legal action. Mcdonald’s franchise better be ready. garcia management be ready.

I have called HR everyday and have gotten no answer or a busy tone. Very frustrating.

Got a new phone. Logged into my account and all points and deals are ginger. WTF?

hamburger's were still raw

My girls are night owls and wanted to get some food a little too late but this McDonald’s that says it’s open 24 hours turns around and says they are closed. Very rude and when did they change the hours of 24 is not 24. They do know how to count right?

Very slow and inadequate service. The staff seemed more focused on drive-threw then the people inside ordering. The staff were disorganized. The system that they use slows them down tremendously because they are to busy focusing on the order screens and printing up completed orders then actually getting the orders out. It took 23 minutes for my order to be completed.

Not a bad McDonald's but if traffic is heavy, this one can be a pain to get into, even the drive thru! Staff seems fine, I have only been here twice, and those times I went through the drive thru.

Drinks are only $1 can't beat that with a stick!
