I placed an order through the app at this "24 hr location" on my way to drop off my son at the airport, so he could have something to bring through security to eat.When we arrived, two employees whose English consisted of, "sorry, closed!" we're fielding the other cars ahead of us who were probably also trying to pick up orders.While the order was eventually refunded, the employees were unable to communicate that that would happen.The manager should have the ability to accurately reflect open/closing times through the app, and should never leave the location without any employees who can communicate in the primary language of the area they serve.

I placed a mobile order for curbside pickup and when I arrived to this location my order was already closed out. I got out of my car and went to the counter to find my order sitting there for at least 20 minutes. My fries were cold, chicken nuggets were cold, I am very dissatisfied with this McDonald's and I wish I could get my money back. The only reason I use the curbside pickup is so my food will not be cold.

They boot their customer's cars while inside and force you to pay $75 in cash to have it removed. Was not illegally parked. It seems that Armando's Booting and McDonalds are conspiring to meet the bottom line they are lacking in food sales.They are armed with a gun and will gaslight you when you explain that you were in fact inside of McDonald's. This is a complete scam.

Traveling with the grandsons and they insisted on McDonald's. Stopped at the McDonald's on Montano in Albuquerque and found the new updated store with kiosks but with one exception. A young lady working the register that Sunday offered to take our order. The food was out quickly. Her customer service was excellent. The for stars are for her!

The staff is rude in the drive through. Bunch of rude/disrespectful kids that work here. Every time I go there they always serve our food like we're dogs. They just dump our fries in the bag I mean what's the point of even putting the little red fry box in the bag if your just gonna dump my fries in the bag anyway. When they give us our food they practically throw it out the window to us. It's sad that as a customer spending my hard working money in a multi billion dollar franchise I suspect better customer service. The managers and the general managers don't even care about customer service. They just give you a 1(800) number to call and they to don't even answer when you call. Your literally on hold forever just to get hung up on. This is not the only McDonald's I've had trouble with. The one on Carlisle is just as bad. Nothing but kids working in the place and not enough leaders. If it weren't for my daughter and her love for McDonalds chicken nuggets I wouldn't even waste my money there. McDonald's would NEVER see another penny from me again.
