Ordered 4 smoothies and thought they were rung up correctly one was a totally different smoothie. The staff was friendly and offered to make the right one but we were in a hurry. I’ve enjoyed Keva Juice for years but lately they don’t do smoothies anymore apparently…they’re always just juice like there are no frozen ingredients at all. Tasty, but just juice, not a smoothie.

Recently came in after work for a pick me up before Dinner and was greeted with kind staff. Two people were working and did a fantastic job. My drink came out faster than I expected and although it was a little thin it was still great. Friendly atmosphere and a clean, organised lobby. I recommend!

Sometimes this location has great and friendly service, but today I asked if I could customize my bananarama, which I have been doing for the last 10 years at Leva juice and I was told it was not possible. Both of the individuals working today were very unfriendly and made no effort to welcome anyone in or even smile or make eye contact. I was very disappointed.

Usually go to this location about once weekly always very nice crew , today i went in barely got my foot in the door when told welcome will be right with you , that's fine but normally when there ready to take your order they say can I help you , not the case the cashier chatted with the other worker just stood at the counter for about 2 min never acknowledged me at all just stood there looking out the window as if I was note there at all , I finally decided to say can I order now ? , she responded SURE, I felt very unwelcomed and ignored, as I was ordering very quickly to say is that all?I Needed a second smoothie again I felt very unwelcomed, no thank you just turned around made my drinks which were very watery not the usual (banana ramas). For $18 very poor service and smoothie poorly made, was a heavier set girl she had no name tag . Very unsatisfied with customer service , not sure if i will be returning after this interaction. Maybe coaching will help this employee with customer service considering she's working with the public.

This Keva Juice is the best! The drinks are always great and the customer service is amazing. I have been coming here kind of regularly recently and the last time I went, I was told about the new boba by the employee Ace which I tried and loved, she asked what color straw I wanted, I chose pink. When I came in today and got a different drink with boba, she grabbed me a pink straw without even asking, it was so nice and thoughtful!

For a 10$ acai bowl, I was a little disappointed. I placed an order online, but I showed up 15 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready and they still hadn't started on it. Somehow the acai bowl was melted and the fruit was not fresh. Ingredients overall were subpar.
