I thought the young man working at the shop was pleasant, just bored which is okay, his service was still great. The juice is good and the add ons are wonderful when you need an extra boost. I find a lot of these combinations too sugary as far as smoothies but that's me. Solid place.

Service was excellent, smoothie was delicious, but the AC was out. It was far too hot, and the poor employees said it has been out for weeks! No one should have to work in that heat. It was bad enough just waiting 5 minutes. Needs to be fixed!

No bananas nor any wheat for the stuff that is needed to make a shake that was wanted. No preparation here.

Not to sure how you can aHave one drink with protein and one with not, when the are using the same container to make both. So ripping me off by giving me less protein on top of not making it correctly!!

I came in around 740ish pm & definitely need to work on customer service. I've ordered multiple times before & I've always gotten protein on my smoothie. For the first time I got charge for it even though the website clearly states free supplement. I told the cashier girl & she said she had to charge me whatever was running late for work so I paid for it. Then they said the smoothie I ordered they didn't have the base for it. So I asked if I could change to a different drink then & both girls said no. That I had to get that drink & nothing different. My smoothie was the worst without the base in it.

I work near this location. The young ladies who work here, namely the one with the super long nails; have absolutely no hustle. It seems as if she is too melancholy to do her job. Does not greet patrons upon walking in. I have never seen someone work that slowly in my entire life. I'm definitely not a Karen, but based on the other reviews about this location, I'm not the only one who feels this way.
