I got my order from Door Dash today but I've been in person, too. I am a long time Keva Juice fan. Ya'll never disappoint me. Customer service does not exist here. Each employee treats you like you’re a burden, specially employee Raven. They were so rude for absolutely no reason. Employees need an attitude adjustment asap.
I come every other day I'm a boxing coach and weight train every time they hire someone new they don't work with you or believe anything you say poor customer service

Wow I swear customer service is just not a thing anymore. We as a family walk into kiva at 6:10 p.m. and dont get a hello I will be rite with you, a hello welcome in! Nothing we just.get looked at and then the guy keeps cleaning the mop. Then about 4 minutes later a girl comes out from the back. 5 people walk in after us and 2 of those get their drinks before us 4. So crazy... im so in shock

I thought the young man working at the shop was pleasant, just bored which is okay, his service was still great. The juice is good and the add ons are wonderful when you need an extra boost. I find a lot of these combinations too sugary as far as smoothies but that's me. Solid place.
