I came in around 740ish pm & definitely need to work on customer service. I've ordered multiple times before & I've always gotten protein on my smoothie. For the first time I got charge for it even though the website clearly states free supplement. I told the cashier girl & she said she had to charge me whatever was running late for work so I paid for it. Then they said the smoothie I ordered they didn't have the base for it. So I asked if I could change to a different drink then & both girls said no. That I had to get that drink & nothing different. My smoothie was the worst without the base in it.

I work near this location. The young ladies who work here, namely the one with the super long nails; have absolutely no hustle. It seems as if she is too melancholy to do her job. Does not greet patrons upon walking in. I have never seen someone work that slowly in my entire life. I'm definitely not a Karen, but based on the other reviews about this location, I'm not the only one who feels this way.

If I could give this a 0 star I would. This place is DISGUSTING!!!! the restroom looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months, I ordered a smoothie and a bowl and the manager who took my order was rude and not patient with me at all. the smoothie was watery and just overall gross. The manager who made my bowl scooped water out of where they put the ice cream scoops and put it in my bowl to soften the acai, after blending she proceeded to top my bowl without gloves!!!! I was in complete shock. If this is how the employees are trained this place is a major health code violation and needs to be inspected or shut down IMMEDIATELY! I will not be coming here again this place is a joke and so is the management do not waste your time or money here.

Terrible service! I don't ever write bad reviews but this was a terrible experience. The girl was sniffing my drink after she put it in the cup. She called out my order and I was walking up to get it and she called it again and rolled her eyes and said something under her breath. I was still very nice and respectful cause you don't know what someone is going through but this was just flat out being an asshole.

It’s 7:44 and though the door says they are open till 8, the doors are locked. A few employees inside cleaning up just ignoring me. Who knew??

Morning crew is awesome w the experienced workers i love giving them tips.. just becareful going in the afternoon w the untrained kids working your gonna wait 30 min for a smoothie/bowl. don't go if your on your work break or lunch u will waste it waiting for your order!

Went in at lunch time and the 2 employees working one was name Yaman and I didn’t get to see the girls name. They both looked miserable and like they hated being there. Not even an hi how are you or welcome. Yaman just stood at the register and waited for me to order. Poor customer service.

Came in with my gf. The lady that’s here was super outstanding & patient with us. The smoothies are actually authentic. Definitely worth trying & I recommend anyone who’s looking for a legit smoothie to go to this one!

The girls who work there are horrible, childish, rude and only treat certain customers well. Whenever we go there they never welcome us in or anything, but they’re always just talking in the back or standing around complaining about their relationship problems. When your order is ready they don’t even call it out to you or tell you, but instead rudely stare at you or give you dirty looks. The whole environment at this certain location is disgusting and you need to get yourself some better workers.
