The chicken didn't taste like the original. They must've added their own seasoning as a prank. The chicken was burnt or overcooked. Most workers are either high school students or dropouts.

I'm giving this place a 1 star review because of one employee with an attitude and for false advertising! [For Service] I ordered the K5 combo with french fries. When I opened my box, the fries were missing. I went up to the counter and politely asked if I can have fries, and also asked if I need to pay for the fries. When I asked that, she rolled her eyes at me, and passive aggressively gave me the fires! Geez... excuse me that you had to do your job.

[For False Advertising] My Dad ordered the Chalupa Box, when the ordered came out, my Dad just got a regular taco and a regular burrito. Also, when we walked in, the Cholupa advertisement was on the menu, but the sour attitude lady (short, early to mid 40's looking one) took it down when my Dad ordered it.

KFC on Paradise, this isn't the first time when you guys keep screwing up my orders. Who ever is the manager there, hire people that can actually listen and do thier jobs right. It's ridiculous.

Have come here multiple times to get dinner. Each time they never have chicken for the KFC side of their menu and we end up having to get Taco Bell. Guess the next time we want KFC we’ll just trek it to the 4th street location. The people working the windows act extremely confused when you ask for any item modifications. The Taco Bell
On Coors is 1000x better.

Did not have a great experience. Took a while to order and waited for our food, wouldnt be a problem if when we got our food it was worth it, but it was not. Kids chicken nuggets burnt and hard and no side. Burrito was mostly bland rice and sour cream. Crunch wrap was small and sloppily made. Price was outrageous for what we were served.

We used to patronize this particular KFC-Taco Bell as it is an easy 5 minute drive from our home. We have never experienced such a drastic drop in the cleanliness of ANY OTHER RESTAURANT as we did here. Tables are usually sticky and/or wet no matter what time you arrive here. The floor is like wearing suction cup shoes, due to inadequate cleaning. The drink area is usually in shambles with liquid (unknown if it’s soda or water) spilt, as well as plastic lids scattered about, and usually one or two drink dispensers “OUT OF ORDER!”There is one person who has always given great service, although I can never get his name because his name tag isn’t visible. But he is the one who’s working mainly one handed, due to a malformed hand. And before anyone jumps on me for my description of this GREAT WORKER, I too am Disabled, so I fully understand the challenges that one faces in the workplace that isn’t very worker oriented. But for this one gentleman, it would be a fully one star review. As for the food, it used to be quality, and prepared by workers who had pride in their performance. Orders usually contain one, if not more, errors! That’s ok (or not) if you’re eating in, as you can try and get the error corrected. But if you carry out or use the drive through, more often than not, once you get home, you’ll have to decide if going back to the restaurant is worth your time & effort. Unless the management changes the status quo, this is a place to avoid at all possible costs!

Terrible customer service. The whole time I felt like I was a bother didn’t even reply whatever I said things. Then at the end, I said thank you twice just in case they didn’t hear the first time and didn’t even reply. Please play these people more so they can act nice and like human beings again.
