I came here twice in the past couple weeks the first time the food was great service was okay I went there again and the service was terrible I drove up to the window and everybody was laughing at me it makes absolutely no sense everybody look like they was only 12 years old you guys need to teach your people how to be responsible adult workers not children everything ain't funny teach them how to make quality food and give quality service
I work security in the area and this location is usually my only place to get food during my shift other than the gas station, much better quality food than other locations; only thing that sucks is sometimes sitting in line an hour before closing for 30 minutes waiting to get my order in just for them to not attend to me at all and needing to get back to my patrol
We usually go to the KFC in Rio Rancho, but decided to try this one. The lobby is very cold, so be prepared. The chicken was good along with all the other food we got, except for the biscuit ,was very dried out, but the honey made it better. Will go to this one again for it is about the same distance from my house as the Rio Rancho one, just better service and food
