Service is not 100% great. As soon as I walked in they asked for a number, I didn’t know what they were trying tell me and they just rolled their eyes at me. My last time coming to this location.

Edit to add: haven't eaten KFC in years and I just got a famous bowl and an order of fries (I was SO looking forward to their fries) and the fries are seriously at LEAST a week old, hard as a rock/cold and literally inedible 👎 the bowl was okay but seriously only 3 pieces of chicken. Never going back. Horrible. Why are all of these fast food places going downhill and are so disgusting/bad?! And everything is MORE expensive nowadays too. There's a reason I dont eat out. So gross.
I'm a DoorDash driver and the night shift especially, treats us drivers like crap. They NEVER have orders ready and there is this one female employee who ALWAYS is rude and says drive around to the front and I'll bring it out to you in a little bit. A little bit is 15 mins minimum! And they are always out of food. Even if the order is a drink and one piece of chicken, the wait is always over 20ins. I swear they do it on purpose. Ill never go back there as a customer or DD driver! Horrible customer service!!!

Messed up my order gave me Cole slaw instead of my mash on top of that I called to the store several times no answer. I believe this is a business they should be answering the business phone . This is not the first time they messed up my order and didn't answer the business phone.

I ordered ahead on the app which I was quite surprised on how fast I got my food once I arrived....because the last time e I came here and got food, I had to wait literally 20 min and there was nobody in the lobby, they weren't busy at all! So I guess it's not bad depending on how you order!
You know exactly what you're going to get when you go to KFC. The location is sketchy. And the workers are super nice.

Great service. All 11 of the people that ate it said it was as good as they rembered. A special thank to the gentlemam that got the order ready and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. I am convinced he really believes in customer service and likes his position!! So kind to everyone!

The manager was working the window. Very polite nice and articulate. I really like this KFC and most of them there are always cool even though the area is bad. They keep it clean and do their best by anybody they serve.
Ordered in the app and just had it delivered. It’s missing over half the order: the two chicken sandwiches and the side of Mac & cheese are not here. I tried to call but I only get a busy tone - Tried to use the app and it just tells me that the order was delivered with no resolution. What a complete waste of money.

Tried calling to speak with manager or someone on the mess up order that I got from drive thru. Chicken was dry & taste awful, sides were cold n drink were stale (flat taste). I just want a full refund except I wasn't given a receipt along with my order.
