Arrived 1.5 hours before closing asked for 16 pieces all dark extra crispy and was denied, because they had shut down the fryer for extra crispy 1.5 hours prior to closing. That is BS and lazy. Server your whole menu, your literly in business to serve chicken.

Very poor service this is KFC needs to be shut down and I’m quite wondering myself when corporate is going to come in and intervene. Had an employee tell me today if you know we get your order wrong every time why don’t you ask us for a receipt every time? Is this some sort of joke? This is ridiculous. They made my mother and I wait 45 minutes for some french fries one time brought us out our food (that was cold) with no french fries? Make it make sense. Then they tried to make us wait again.
You can’t even make a simple request without your order being messed up, you can’t order something that’s already just on the menu without it coming messed up. This happens EVERY SINGLE TIME.

Do not go to the KFC location in Albuquerque on Central and Louisiana. They are the worst location ever. 3 times now in a row they have gotten my order completely wrong. The staff is very rude and unfriendly. They make sure to not give you a receipt. So you cannot dispute the wrong order. When I have asked for my money back they give me a hard time. I don't know what's going on with them they used to be very good at getting orders right customer service was friendly but lately it has been very poor and like I said staff has been very rude they literally make you wait 45 minutes to make an order of french fries in which they don't even give you the order of french fries and then expect you to wait an additional 45 minutes for said french fries. It is just ridiculous. If I had the option to give no stars I would give absolutely no stars because the service and the food is just trash...
I was a first-time KFC customer, and the experience was shameful. The Manager (I believe it was a lady) was rude, unfriendly, and not fit to serve any customer. I was shut down and almost not allowed to speak when making an order. S/he was quite impatient, even though no customer was waiting after me at the time. I complained to the cashier, asking if they don't welcome new customers in KFC. When she asked if anything was wrong, I told her the person who took the order was impatient. When the Manager showed up with the order, the Cashier mentioned that the manager had taken the order. All the Manager did was look through as though asking what the problem was, and I told her s/he wasn't patient enough when she took my order. Guess what she did? She looked at me disdainfully, turned her back, and walked away in a manner as though I was nothing. The Cashier (Destine by name) did apologize more like a real Manager would. I never knew KFC didn't entertain new customers. That would be the last time I or any member of my family would ever buy from KFC.
