I went in person to the 4th street location to place a large order for the next day. The girl taking my order was so friendly and polite and said she would not be working the next day but she would leave a message for Gustavo. I said I would need to pick it up at 10:15 AM even though the store did not open until 10;30 AM. I was ordering the chicken for my church. When I went to pick it up at 10:15 AM, Gustavo met me at the door and he got it ready and even carried it to my car. I told him how much I appreciated him and his staff and he said he appreciated my business.

I live near the San Mateo NE KFC, but I don’t use this location, they never get your order correct & the food is a mess! It’s a 4 minute difference in driving time for me to use 4th st location, So I use 4th St KFC drive thru & pickup my order! Do not use the San Mateo KFC order is always missing something or you get old cold food!!

The last straw!!!!!! I was the only car in line and ordered 1 number 7and they forgot my mashed potatoes again!!! The fries were cold and the chicken was cold. The coke was all ice and they try to make it up to me by giving me a large macaroni and cheese even tho I just wanted mashed potatoes!!! This is the reason I avoid fast food and would rather eat something from a can then this!!!! Stay away !!!!
Found a chicken bone in my pot pie, good thing I don't scarf down my food like a garbage disposal It could have been bad.don't eat here, if you do be careful. Customer service is always bad here they seem they hate humanity at this location.go to Bernalillo location never have a problem there

One of the better kfc locations in New Mexico for sure. Staff is always super nice and I feel like there is always a manager checking up on things while I'm there. Bathrooms and lobby are also kept very clean!
The absolute worst KFC I've ever been to. The service at the window was ok, but the food was horrendous. The fries weren't cooked at all, the chicken had absolutely no flavor, and they forgot to put any dipping sauce in the bag at all. My drink was flat too. The best thing was the biscuit. Will never go back there.

I'm not much of an online orderer but today I had to order some fries and a combo number 13 I ordered through DoorDash, when the food arrived you expect fries that weren't so hot, but the fries were all cold and hard I almost broke a tooth when eating one of them and they weren't for me the fries are better but they are really hard
