I went in person to the 4th street location to place a large order for the next day. The girl taking my order was so friendly and polite and said she would not be working the next day but she would leave a message for Gustavo. I said I would need to pick it up at 10:15 AM even though the store did not open until 10;30 AM. I was ordering the chicken for my church. When I went to pick it up at 10:15 AM, Gustavo met me at the door and he got it ready and even carried it to my car....

I live near the San Mateo NE KFC, but I don’t use this location, they never get your order correct & the food is a mess! It’s a 4 minute difference in driving time for me to use 4th st location, So I use 4th St KFC drive thru & pickup my order! Do not use the San Mateo KFC order is always missing something or you get old cold food!!

One of the better kfc locations in New Mexico for sure. Staff is always super nice and I feel like there is always a manager checking up on things while I'm there. Bathrooms and lobby are also kept very clean!
