KFC offers pretty standard food, although the biscuits were hard during one visit. The customer service was good with quick and accurate orders. Despite a dirty store, the service was efficient. Thanks to Christian, the location has shown great improvement with excellent food and helpful service. The new wraps are a good option for a single meal. Although one customer had trouble finding grilled chicken in Albuquerque locations, overall, KFC is a great place with busy but clean lobby.
