Your location at 6200 San Mateo Blvd in Albuquerque, NM is working hard to give you a bad name. The last few times we have gone, we've gotten gross old food. How can you consciously pick up a biscuit that could serve as a brick and serve it to your customers? What about the chicken that looks like it's been sitting there all day and soupy mashed potatoes? I was placing a big order thru Grubhub to be picked up to take the food over to a funeral reception so I placed the order online an hour before I needed to pick it up. I got a text saying my order was received and a text saying my order was ready 5 minutes earlier then my requested pick up time. I got to KFC and was told my order wasn't ready and they just started it so it would be another 15 minutes. the lack of customer service. this evening I spent 40 minutes in the Drive-Thru. as I pulled up to the window to pay for my order it wasn't what I ordered and not only that they had no biscuits they could have told me on that speaker box. as I vented the situation to the manager his excuse was I'm training these people and I told him so you're the manager you lack communication with your employees and with your customers and not only that but I always went to this KFC never had...read full review
