There we very rude when I ask a simple questions the person I was talking too paly and Destiny. They need to be fired that was Most definitely not good. service was very surprising

Everything was ok, except the biscuits. I ordered 6 of them having to pay for each individual one, got home to find them all hard as rocks. Not eatable at all, then I try to call the restaurant to talk to somebody about it but nobody ever answers. So not recommend at all.

I ordered online for a 6 piece meal, with 6 tenders, two large sides (mashed potatoes and fries), 4 biscuits and an extra two pieces of chicken with an extra biscuit and extra side of mashed potatoes. I ordered at 8:30pm and I had my husband pick it up on the way back from work. They told him they were a little short on chicken and substituted with a pot pie. They never explained to him what he was substituted for! He said ok. When he got home finally it was almost 9:20. They gave me the sides (both mashed potatoes, no fries) the biscuits, one pot pie and THREE SMALL WINGS. NO TENDERS EITHER. How does one pot pie equal to 6 tenders and 5 pieces of chicken??? How did they not think to reach out and contact me for my order? I could've cancelled and ordered from a different KFC. But no, I had to race over, ask for a refund only to find out THEY CAN'T refund mobile orders and I have to go through the app! They then gaslit me telling me they explained to my husband what I ordered and what they didn't have. He said they never did that, they never showed him the receipt and my order did not come with a receipt. It was a horrible experience! I mean I would get it if it was close to closing when I ordered, but I ordered nearly an hour and 20 minutes before closing! Not to mention they didn't even box the pot pie, they just threw it in a bag and called it a day. Terrible service, terrible management, and all around zero accountability. Believe all these one star reviews! DO NOT EAT HERE. I've worked at a KFC and let me say we've never done anything like this to anyone. How could someone even think that is right to substitute that small amount for a whole FAMILY MEAL? And then defend that worker who knew what she was doing. When the manager had no idea this even happened.

I ordered a 3 piece dark, original recipe meal in the drive-thru on my way to work. When I get to work, I find out they gave me Extra Crispy and the biscuit is missing. So, either someone doesn't know the difference at this KFC, or they didn't care to get the order right. I only had to repeat my order 3 times for them to repeat it correctly at the speaker. She asked if I said Extra Crispy and I corrected her, but she gave it to me anyway. I tried calling the store a couple of times. The first time it kept ringing and no one picked up. The next 3 times the line was busy.

Ate here with my parents after a appointment. First of all, this place was not busy, us 3 were the only ppl inside. We placed out order and sat down. Order was ready and we notice some food was missing. We ended having to go back to the counter 3 times becuz they didn't understand out order. And the employees, well, they didn't speak English that well. And was very hard to understand them or explain to them what was wrong with out order. They person who did speak clear English wouldn't help til my dad was mad, she didn't ended fussing back at us like it was our fault. Didn't like that. Will not be going back to this KFC, there r others we can go to next time.

I placed a large take out order from this location today. Of course I've had many take out at fast food places. However while at this kfc trying to decide on my large order for a get-together I was so impressed with. Christian and kayli. The best customer service I seen and witnessed in a long time.
The two were not only great kind and professional with me however
I witnessed the excellent way they treated other customers.
Great team. 15 stars!

Avoiding this location at all cost dude over there with the fake Rolex has no customer service grabbing the inside of the bucket with his fingers, no customer service a females attitude.i had to throw my food.

I ordered a chicken sandwich BOX and the literal only thing I got was a chicken sandwich. There was no biscuit or side. And on top of that, the chicken was pink and undercooked so I didn’t even get to eat the food I paid for(or the only thing I actually got despite what I ordered or payed for). I also asked for ketchup and an extra cup of gravy to which I also received neither of. They did however, give me about ten packs of ranch, but if I’m not mistaken, ranch isn’t ketchup no? I tried to call the store to resolve this and nobody ever answered despite me calling multiple times. I had to go ahead and escalate the situation to corporate. It was an excellent way to ruin someone’s already awful day when they just wanted dinner on a Friday after a stressful week.

Kitchen closed at 7?! They haven’t closed so why stop making food?! Ridiculous! Won’t be coming back that’s for sure.
