If I would have gone in to see the bathrooms before I ordered I would not have ever ordered there.

Service was good fast I didn't have to wait but the casher was very nice chicken was good mash potatoes were great n gravy biscuits were nice hand hot good to eat here

Extremely slow. Ordered ahead on the app with simple items, just a sandwich and 4 pieces fried chicken. Got to the store and was told to wait at the front door. Waited for 20 minutes and nobody comes out while the lobby remained locked. Have to go through the drive-thr again to ask about it and got stuck in the drive thr. Horrible experience.
Why is the chicken so dry inside? Coating outside is crispy, but beneath the crispy part it’s wet and mushy. Ugh! gross. Obviously management is really bad in this location if they are not training their staff on how to cook chicken per KFC franchise standards. It seems like chicken have been sitting there in the warmer for hours. Never coming back here again.

10/14/25 1pm. Fire every staff member in there except the older gentleman who was the only person who was great. Gave me the wrong drink, made me wait 20 minutes in the parking lot waiting on tenders. Forgot my ranch and hot sauce, my whole thing of fries were clumped up. That whole crew sucks. (Except for the older gentleman)

Ordered dinner through KFC app.
8 pc meal all dark, no wings. Got to location, person running counter was on his cell phone did not acknowledge my existence. Someone from the back finally came out and presented me with my order. Got home, my 8 pc drum and thigh bucket contained 2 meager thighs, 2 very small pigeon legs, 2 wings, and finally 2 beasts. Do your employees even have a clue as to what the hell they are doing? I will NEVER EVER GO BACK TO ANY KFC AGAIN! Obviously as an owner of this franchise, you don't care as well. The reviews for your store are terrible. It's pathetic you allow such inept people to run your greasy chicken shack!!

I went to the KFC on eubank and menaul with my coupons that I just recently got in the mail so I ordered the 14 keys for 2099 and was told that the coupon is not in the system. So I was like is there any way you can make an exception because we drove all the way over here and we just want you to honor the coupon. She said no and she washed very rude about it! We asked if there was any way possible that she can make an exception being that that's false advertisement. She claimed I was yelling at her which I wasn't I was talking through the speaker through the drive-thru once again she was very rude I'm so glad that I went through the drive-thru and not inside because I probably wouldn't be here making this review. I asked to speak to a manager as I pulled away from the drive-thru box and I stopped at the window to ask to speak to a manager and she was like I'm a manager and would you please stop yelling at me and she was like you know what have a nice day and just slam the window in my face. I tried to get her name but she's the manager that's on shift at 4:40 p.m. on Friday September 26th 2025. I I haven't dealt with KFC for almost 2 years because they teach you out of your chicken they give you little pigeon pieces so I thought I would give him a try again and this is how I get treated. I am truly disappointed with how I was treated and the customer service that you guys offer it is horrible that someone who works in customer service talk to their customers and treat them that way. If it was my establishment I would have honored the coupon, even if it wasn't in the system.they should have put that on the paper that all the other coupons on the paper are active except for the 14 piece for 20.99 that's like I thought she was just joking with me or something but, nope we drove away with no chicken and very angry!! Someone needs to rectify this problem but the main problem is your manager that was on duty. She needs to take a course in customer service because her attitude freakn succs.they never should have included it with the rest of the coupons!! #truly disappointed and feel discriminated against!! Fix this problem please!!

Well to no surprise, KFC is out of chicken once again! Where's the management for this location? Obviously with multiple, and I mean multiple negative reviews, you would think there would be some kind of revival of KFC. Nope, week after week it's the same complaints. I guess calling the corporate office is the next step for me. Time to find a local fried chicken spot that will actually have chicken for their customers! Sorry Eubank but you guys SUCK!!

Three times I have come here, and three times they were out of extra crispy chicken. Last time I got the regular chicken, which was soggy and greasy. This time, I ordered the chicken strips in this picture. Shriveled, tough and overcooked. For $8.69, I would have been better off going to literally ANY other chicken strip place. Never eating here, ever again.
