Chicken had no flavor mac and cheese burnt all old very old chicken no flavor. I will be surprised if we don't get sick. I was so hungry I still ate it. Then after a long...... day.... at work.. just wanted ro egt food and go home and they forgot part of the order. Then called back and the lady was super rude. I WAS LIKE YALL GOT 1 JOB!!ppl are riled and go to fast food and ACCURACY IS KEY!! never again. Churches for now o, gross!!

KFC is not the same as it used to be. After waiting for 30m to get my food, the gentleman handed me someone else's order. When I got to the table, I opened up the bucket to which at that time I noticed and my other party was really hungry and grabbed one drumstick on top. I went back and admitted someone grabbed the drumstick on top, to which the guy took my food, put it behind the counter and then walked off and had a foul mouthed spew off in what I presume the office. The other guy asked what happened and I told him, to which he then threw the food away as it couldn't be given to anyone else and then had to wait another 15m until our new order was ready.

The guy working the register and the non-foul mouthed kitchen attendant were nice but clearly badly staffed AND admitted they may not have enough chicken to fill my new order. They had to lock the dining room due to this. This was at 2p.

I've given this KFC 2 other tries in the last 3 years, and each time has been a disaster with bad service, long wait times, and poor food quality.

I will not be going back.

Usually good drive thru cashier rude did not completely fill order or give me a receipt could not get my items missing or food fix plus cashier too lazy get plates and silverware saying they busy when only one vehicle behind me plus no one inside wasted $50 for incompetence with incomplete order with no resolution and being disable not being able to enter the establishment

we made an order online the delivery time said 20 mins for wait and it moved up 10 mins, every 10 mins. so we made the order t 426 pm its now 512pm. I made more then several attempts so call no one answer.
There is no option to cancel the order so know we gotta order from another place.

I had a wonderful experience! The person who took my order, David, was very polite, had a wonderful additude, and was very attentive when helping me decide what I wanted with my order.
On top of that, he ensured that everything I received was hot and freshly made.
It was the best experience I have ever had at a KFC thanks to the service I received!

Have had nothing but issues with this location. Anything from them literally having no chicken to sell because they didn't order any chicken to them not having any chicken because of staffing issues. Why be open if you are going to constantly turn business away because you can't run the business. Better off just turning off the lights if the managers are not willing to pick up the slack. Better off taking your money elsewhere.

I had an incredible experience at MYYYY MF💪💪💪💪💪 Kentucky Fried Chicken on Eubank and Menaul (Store #17), and I want to take a moment to shout out the manager, Shawn, and his employee, Davion🔥🔥🔥, for their kindness and professionalism guys🤌
I was walking back from Quarter Celtic when I patrolling back home on eubank the freaking KFC caught my eye 🥲, and anybody who's reading this right now already knows that the post-pandemic policies meant the basically ALL -.- The dining room was closed and the drive-thru required a car😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨. Still, I was hungry, and one of the employees happen to be walking out doing his side work, I of course I'm going to ask so it turns out to be davion is his gentleman's name 🤯 so I push myself to just go ahead and ask what do I got to lose?!! moving forward in this happenstance story 🫠🫠🫠"if there was any way I could get some food?" Instead of turning me away, he went to check with his manager. That’s when Shawn came out and greeting me with a smile, most fast food workers aren't friendly like Shawn. anywho this left me confused... my dude, big pimpin came out—not to confront me, but to help. This dude genuinely wanted to make sure I was taken care of.
Thanks to them, I got a three-piece dark meat meal with mashed potatoes, gravy, and corn—good, hearty food that reminded me of Kentucky hospitality at its finest. There’s a reason Kentucky Fried Chicken is a global icon: it carries the spirit of the Bluegrass State—where good food, hard work, and looking out for one another still mean something!!!!!!!!

Just like Kentucky thoroughbreds racing for greatness or bourbon aged to perfection, Shawn and Davion showed that excellence isn’t just about the big moments dude!!! it’s about doing things the right way, every day. Davion showed great aptitude, and people who call this a dead-end job don’t realize how far you can climb in the restaurant industry if you work hard and play your cards right—I know from experience.
sorry for not being concise and being long-winded I tend to do that. ...KFC needs more people like Shawn and Davion. Their coolness been straight up real and king. you can't find that customer service!!!!! seriously dude it makes all the difference. Thank you both!!!! hope to see you in Lexington sometime 🏀🏀 🇩🇪
