Got my order wrong. Told me I ordered a bigger family meal than I had. Corrected charge partially but added an item I didn't want and only told me after payment had processed. Portions and sides sizes were not even half of expectation or container capacity. Will not revisit KFC again.

This is an abomination of a restaurant. Our order instead of waffles had apple strudels. Wrong sandwich and fries too salty to eat. !ot to mention the wait time for online orders. My husband had an awful time with staff one day and now I know why. We paid extra for the products in the family box and they give you what they have. Will not be back. They explained when I went back these were baked and they were out of waffles. Would be nice to know while I stood there 20 minutes. Instead, they just added under cooked strudels for waffles with no heads up. This place needs attention. Two other people in there waiting past 30 minutes for simple pot pies and bowls

Took forever said its coming when it was supposed to be ready already and they got a attitude when I ask why is taking so long and keep saying ther working on it and waited 45 minutes and we didn't get any biscuits and I didn't get my free 10 piece chicken that came for spending over $15 in the app. and I didn't get my free 10 piece chicken that came for spending over $15 in the app.

Order online waiting over a hour for the employees to tell me they gave my order away. And did remake it?
The lady working the front wasn't rude to me. But she was very rude to a Mexican family that ordered after me. Her tone made me cringe. They were trying to order and she kept cutting them off. Their total was $35 and she snapped at em for giving her a $50 dollar bill. It wasn't that she couldn't give change. She wouldn't give change.

I just got back home from purchasing a 10-piece chicken. This is only the third time I've been KFC since I've lived here in 2006. All three times were this summer of 2025 at the same KFC. First two times I had coupons for two-piece chicken, aside and a biscuit AND IT WAS EXCELLENT! Crispy chicken hot potatoes I receive the order that I asked for. I decided to get the 10-piece chicken this time and I purchased two small sides on the side. First of all I asked for coleslaw and potatoes. I got coleslaw and Mac and cheese INSTEAD OF THE MASHED POTATOES I ASKED FOR. Mac and cheese was hard old and gross. SECOND OF ALL I GET HOME EXPECTING TO EAT SOME CRISPY JUICY KFC. WHAT I GOT WAS SOGGY CHICKEN. THANK GOD I HAVE AN AIR FRYER OTHERWISE I'D BE UP THERE RIGHT NOW BANGING ON THE DOOR right now! Extremely disappointed. I arrived there at 9:00 p.m. at night. But even with an hour later at night from the last time I ordered there. This was horrible food and horrible service. Did they recently change management? that is my question?? Change management within the last 3 months..??! You guys need to pick up your game...!! I don't know if I will come back to this place anymore. Maybe there is another KFC around here that has better ratings..
