I ordered three chicken fried steak dinners coleslaw in a severance container they charge me for the separate containers got home the coleslaw was not separate containers they pour the coleslaw all of the rest of the food I asked for a receipt the paper was out 😞😞

It was pretty clean inside. The customer service from the lady I believe her name was Maria was great. She was very sweet. The only problem was she and the cook were the only ones and working, and so I did have to wait a while. The younger night shift girl is not as nice. The location is not in the nicest area, but if you have to eat in the area, this KFC is nice and clean. And the food is good!

This place has changed so much for the worst. The quality and portion sizes have gone down while prices have increased two fold. Use to be my favorite place since childhood but no longer. It’s unfortunate. Hopefully someday it will be like before. Ps. No more coleslaw on the menu. What is going on here.

The manager and cashier went over and beyond to give me the 5 dollar permotion deal for the original chicken strips meal. They were amazing.
Takes forever and they messed up my order a few times

Passing through town Ordered 3 piece Chicken meal.it was old pieces that had been sitting under heat lamp the pieces very small and very hard . Threw them out. horrible expeierance
Did not have what I wanted, girl at window forgot my drink, she admitted she messed up, I asked if she got my side and she was very rude about it. Told me to check my ticket and if I still wanted my drink. Chicken was very dry. Always have good service here. Today was not good for an enjoyable meal.

Food was cold. Manager Arturo wouldn't replace items until I asked for supervisors number. On the good side, the drive thru girl was very nice and understanding...poor thing.
Food tasted like it had been sitting under a heater for several hours. Service was disrespectful and rude. Overall terrible kfc go to churches it is just a little further down the road.
Update 8/11/2024 They hired new management, now you can't even order without being treated rudely by both management and staff. This KFC was terrible before and now its unusable.

I didn't think it was possible to have worse service than the average KFC, but this place proved me wrong. Ordered online, only to have them tell me their "online ordering is down". I mentioned the online deal I was trying to order and they told me that is for online orders only and I'll have to pay full price. Are you kidding me?!
