I ordered the $5 Chicken Box I literally get home and open the box and these pieces of chicken are so small it's one bite I understand it's only $5 but at least give me some kind of meat on my bone this is absolutely ridiculous it should be stated that these pieces of chicken are extremely small and that's why it's $5 not only that but all my food was cold the mashed potatoes were warm but they tasted funny this doesn't make any sense for KFC to be around as long as they have and they went from really delicious to terrible I don't understand how y'all still in business I know y'all could do better than that

I've been going here for over 20 years Eight people from 22 months to 81 in our family . I'm the 81 year old on limited budget order weekly. Last 3 visits Pot pies have been bad. Today not one bite of chicken. They have been inconsistent! I have tried 3 different days to tell them. Line is always busy. I think it's off the hook. Today when there was Not one bite of chicken I called a Customer Service Line gave the information my email my phone number they said they would have store call me. Guess what? Haven't heard from them. Tried calling Surprise surprise line busy.This is sad to see KFC ignore customer trying to bring something to their attention. Wake up KFC before you lose to Churches there just down the street. Don't make me switch.

No biscuits, no mashed potato's, no green beans, didn't close the lid or cap or what ever, on the gravy, all over bag ,drove 4 + miles,phone off the hook ,no one to answer ,WTH is really going on ,but the took my money for sure
Ordered food for a bereaved family. The manager himself took the order. Only gave me half the food. He put it in the back of my car. At first I was super grateful and happy. Got to the families house to find he only gave me the chicken and apple things. I went back after calling 3 times with no answer. The manager never put the receipt in the bag. When I asked him about the rest of my food he was EXTREMELY RUDE! Then said it was me who was rude. He pulled up my receipt on the computer finally and yes I had ordered more food. He never apologized. He was rude. Another manager took care of us. Shame on him!! In my opinion.

Pretty standard fare for a KFC. I didn't try the Taco Bell menu, so I can't speak to that. The food was what I expected it to be. The price was also less than what I expected it to be — like, it was priced higher on their board. A really nice surprise, but it would be nice if their menu prices were accurate.

Ordered 2 crispy/spicy chicken sandwiches. Our cashier, Gisel G, didn't seem to understand much english. Not like it was a complicated order! Received just 2 regular, not spicy, sandwiches and for the most part they were inedible. On both sandwiches, half of the bottom bun was mushy and the other half was so hard you couldn't even bite through it. Usually get good service and good food but definitely not this time. So disappointed.
