Ordered food for a bereaved family. The manager himself took the order. Only gave me half the food. He put it in the back of my car. At first I was super grateful and happy. Got to the families house to find he only gave me the chicken and apple things. I went back after calling 3 times with no answer. The manager never put the receipt in the bag. When I asked him about the rest of my food he was EXTREMELY RUDE! Then said it was me who was rude. He pulled up my receipt on the computer finally and yes I had ordered more food. He never apologized. He was rude. Another manager took care of us. Shame on him!! In my opinion.

Pretty standard fare for a KFC. I didn't try the Taco Bell menu, so I can't speak to that. The food was what I expected it to be. The price was also less than what I expected it to be — like, it was priced higher on their board. A really nice surprise, but it would be nice if their menu prices were accurate.

Ordered 2 crispy/spicy chicken sandwiches. Our cashier, Gisel G, didn't seem to understand much english. Not like it was a complicated order! Received just 2 regular, not spicy, sandwiches and for the most part they were inedible. On both sandwiches, half of the bottom bun was mushy and the other half was so hard you couldn't even bite through it. Usually get good service and good food but definitely not this time. So disappointed.

The workers there mess up everyone order and they have no clue what they are doing they even were all laughing at us customers while they were farting around in back kitchen. Everyone got mad and left this place at lease 6 different customers . And they kept laughing at us like it was a joke. Never coming back here again.
The new chicken nuggets were small. Not even close to what they advertise on tv. And very expensive ! 9 dollars for a twelve piece!

Ordered a 2 piece meal breast and wing got home and it was a piece of dark meat not breast!!! The biscuit was so hard I couldn't eat it. Why? They are so busy why would the food be old. Then I have to show them the mess they served me to get it replaced. Gross!!!

The chicken was cold and instead of mashed potatoes I was given mac and cheese. The chicken was so greasy! It doesn't matter when you go the food is always bad. To bad I went thru the drive up! I'll just take my business else where!

There was an issue with the wrong food which is understandable because nobody is perfect. But they don’t answer their phones at all to help get the problem corrected. They eventually answered the phone and left it off of the hook so it wouldn’t ring anymore.I’m really not too worried about my missing biscuits but the customer service just isn’t there. . I’m also not about to hold off on my warm food to go back for some biscuits. All I wanted was some biscuits with my Fried Chicken and Mashed Potatoes. Now I’m just going to leave this review with my greasy fingers wishing I had biscuits to go with it : (

I ordered the 12 piece chicken only meal but only got 9 pieces. I gave them 1 star only because I asked that they not put wings in the mix since they're nothing but bone which they said that they'd do even though they're not supposed to. But then I get home and find that I was shorted three pieces. Plus the original recipe didn't taste very original. It's not the same recipe anymore. So when I thought I was being accommodated, I really wasn't.
