The pastries here are excellent, absolutely delicious. It tastes like they're using the same high quality ingredients that other local bakeries charge twice as much for. You can't get a better pastry for these prices in albuquerque, and depending on your taste buds you could argue that you just can't get a better pastry in general around albuquerque than Knead. The employees and location are great too, just a fantastic bakery overall.
Thanks to Chef Steph people are still talking about how incredible the food was at our wedding, and I am still dreaming about it myself.

I went recently and there was really only one hot food menu item, a breakfast burrito with a handful of different preparations (premade, no customization). It was fine. Baked goods, as usual, were superb. I was told this shift was made so that owners could spend more time with their new baby (congrats!). I hope this model works for them. I'm definitely less inclined to go there now that the siren call of that spectacular cajun lion's mane dish and lemon curd pancakes...
