They NEVER have anything in stock. I went at 9am on a Saturday and they were out of almost everything. They said they won't be making any more for the day. This is a bad way to run a business!! How can you run out of everything at 9am? This has happened multiple times. The employees are rude and show lack on professionalism, I'm surprised they're allowed to wear sweat pants to work! Looks very sloppy! Wont be going back...

If you show up early in the day there is a good selection of descent food. Sometimes the ratio of filling seems a little lacking. My biggest issue though is that for a place that claims to be open till 2pm there is really no point coming after 11am. They seem to cook product once a day and once it's gone that's it. There just is no point in coming after the first few hours. Should either cook enough to service your customers during your open hours or adjust your hours accordingly.

They will literally give away a pre order. Stressed it was for a Christmas party. Called ahead. Flat out lied to that they would have everything ready for us. Only they didn’t and someone else gets to eat our Christmas party food.Yes Melissa apologized and tried to fill what she could but it doesn’t take away from the complete disrespect of customer service of not giving away someone else’s order and not being professional or organized. It was just unacceptable.

Always a great experience! The kolaches are amazing, I had no idea how many different flavors there were, from savory to sweet sooooo incredibly yummy ? Such a great surprise for any Morning ♡

Having lived in Texas for 25 years I was really excited to find this place. Some flavors are really good like the Ranchero than any of the egg ones but they have some very strange flavors. For example the new Mexican has cinnamon and beef together which I didn’t like. I don’t think that is a new Mexican thing

I was so excited to see a location in Albuquerque I bought my whole office kolaches just so they could try them and have there lives changed. My usual order is the Italian chicken croissant and the bacon egg and cheese kolache but I’ve never tried anything here and regretted it. Definitely worth the trip, just don’t get there too late or they might be running low on options.

My family used to like this place. The food was not “bad” but they are now cutting corners. We could not taste any bacon or sausage in the kolaches. The coffee container was empty and not filled until we were almost done eating. The hanging pieces of thin plexiglass swinging near the registers was quite annoying, and useless to boot.

I moved to Albuquerque from Texas about 2 years ago, and I've been looking for Kolaches for a while. I'm 25 mins away so I was worried about visiting, but I'm really happy I did! The kolaches are great, and I've never seen so many choices. I'm definitely going to be coming back in the future!

Let me start by saying the kolaches are always on point and delicious, but the service at the store needs serious work. We went in before 11am and they had very little stock and were out of many things. My husband is addicted to the BBQ ones and they had one left. When I asked the young lady working when they'd make more, (I was willing to wait and come back) she said they weren't making any more for the day. They close at 3pm, so why wouldn't they make more seeing that lunch time hadn't even started yet? This is a consistent issue, as we go in on most weekends, and it's always hit or miss if they have what we want. When asking them if they'd make more, it's always the same answer. I've been to other ones in other states and they NEVER let it get low and are always on point. Disappointing service.

I’m typically not the type to leave reviews but I’m quite disappointed today. I’ve been frequenting this place for almost a year now ever since my wife introduced me to them when she moved to ABQ from Houston. Today, March 10th at 1130AM, I walked into the Paseo store and stood there for over 8 minutes before anyone came to take my order. I announced myself by saying hello countless times, I could tell a person was working in the kitchen in the back because I could only see their hands… but they mostly ignored my calls. Eventually this girl comes out of the bathroom coughing up a storm, at first she was coughing in her arm. Not a single oh I’m sorry you’ve been waiting, nothing. Gets straight to, what can I get for you, still while coughing, but now straight into her HAND. I thought she would at least use hand sanitizer after but nope. She grabs a white paper bag and starts writing down my order, no gloves no hand sanitizer. I’m just looking at her very irritated at this point. Then she opens the bag and sticks her nasty hand inside attempting to open the bag up all the way so she can start packing the Kolaches inside. I stopped her and told her she coughed and is now using that same hand to grab the inside of my bag, the least you can do is wear a damn glove. Which she did, without saying a word, no apology, and with an annoyed look on her face. I’ve never been more annoyed at a person inside of a restaurant before. I don’t like being this confrontational person and I rarely of ever complain about small things, especially at restaurants where I know the workers get paid so little as it is. I’ll give this girl the benefit of the doubt, maybe she’s having a bad day but that was plain nasty and I thought management should know. I would have stayed and spoke to a manager in person but I was in a rush. In this day and age where we’re barely coming out of a two year pandemic, she should know better.

Unique food worth a try!! Cinnamon roll, strudel, sausage, sausage and cheese, and Denver omelet were our favorite of what we tried!! Jalapeño popper was good, just super spicy! The plain fruit center ones aren't too sweet, so I'd skip those. They're basically filled dinner rolls. No utensils required. They're not as bread- heavy as they seem either, they have a good amount inside. We'll definitely be back and wish we'd been sooner!
