I was so excited about seeing my all time favorite Krispy Kreme restaurant oh my gosh I was jumping and dancing with excitement! I head over to the store mind you I was walking. Anytime I am on vacation I look for Krispy Kreme! This establishment is the worse and I have been enjoying Krispy Kreme since I was a little girl. The donuts were hard, dry and old! I asked the lady for regular glazed because that is what I ALWAYs get and she told me she didn’t have any! My face dropped and my mouth said what???? Why are there no hot fresh glazed donuts coming out? Are they in the back hiding did your machine break? No then I want a dozen glazed donuts and my complimentary donut! No No No and No. This establishment is a disgrace to the corporation Krispy Kreme. If corporate office does not know about how horrible this one is they need to. Now I understand why nobody was inside now or makes sense because the donuts are trash. One of the door was broken it was just a terrible horrible experience and I would not ever recommend anybody go to this Krispy Kreme and you should be ashamed of yourself. Words cannot and will not describe this experience. Keep on walking people!!!

I got a dozen of donuts and they were not fresh but maybe a day or two old. Spent money and threw the donuts away - Very Frustrated and Disappointed For The Experience.No wonder this place doesn’t keep customers.

We git to store at 11:00 am bought 2 dozen doughnuts. When we got to work we tasted them. I'm sorry if I wanted hard doughnuts I would of bought cookies. I was dissatisfied and disappointed. I remember when they were fresh and delicious. NOT HAPPY.

I don’t even want to give any stars it was only 6pm just to remind you all they don’t close till 9pm walked in and there was no donuts left at 6pm not even one glazed donut. It felts the people did not want to work. Will never go back to this location.

The best of all bad habits. Edit November 2023 price on 6 donuts..$16.08 donuts were old...very little filling and no longer made on site fresh..so my love affair with Krispy Kreme donuts is over. Back to anyone else but them. Simplest donut and they can't do that. Go to Dunkin. This was 5 stars horrible dried out donuts.

Purchased a couple donuts at 2:30 on Sunday they were dry hard and just not good? Also the cases had different donuts then what was listed? Have you changed something? I normally love the donuts.
