Well we got to this location to buy two Donuts one box assorted and one glaze and the girl at the counter was not helpful what so ever and we were very disappointed because the donuts seemed like they weren’t fresh hit hard before the 24 hours were up so we didn’t enjoy them and we even reached out to the district manager ( Andres ) and we yet have not heard from him and it’s been two weeks already and nothing from him back customer service and by him not taking of the situation he is showing his employees a bad example thank you

I went to get me a cinnamon roll that I have never had there yet I wanted to get a box of six donuts the girl made it clear that it's cheaper to get it for 12 I got a cinnamon roll and a regular glazed donut the cinnamon roll is very doughy

We decided to go there to pick up some breakfast from the drive thru. We were the only ones there and as we ordered we were interrupted multiple times. We went to the next window where we waited as they prepared our order and the person who was at the window did not provide good customer service. They dropped our credit card and didn't say anything. They barely spoke to us and quickly handed us our order after without saying anything and didn't offer/give us our receipt. We had ordered two doughnuts, a coffee, and a 10pc doughnut dots. .

These guys are so nice and of course they have the world's best donuts.
The same black gloves the sales person sued to tap the headphones to take a drive-through order was the same one they used to pick out the donuts I paid for. I quickly asked for the new gloves and new donuts 🍩. The agent was kind to honor the request.
Why do the 🍩 get so HARD if left in the package they were bought in less than 24 hours later?

Went to get doughnuts early but after they were supposed to be open and still waiting for them to open 30 minutes after with employees just walking around trying to figure out how to open I guess not too sure but for sure disappointed!!! We’ll see how everything tasted if they ever open lol.
