If you visit Albuquerque, do not fail to experience this gem. If you live here, it should be a regular stop. The food was world class, Maria was an angel, and the cost was ridiculously low. I will eat here every time I am in town, and so should you!
This place is amazing the food the atmosphere and the people are so lovely. Will be a spot we come to eat every time I'm in Albuquerque. The Pupusa Loca will not disappoint great portions and the hot sauce they have is insane.
La Cocina de Maria at The Imperial Food Hall is a true hidden gem! The chicharron and green chile pupusas are packed with bold, authentic flavor, and the steak tacos with beans and rice are perfectly seasoned and satisfying. Also tried the shrimp and chicken tacos—both fresh and flavorful. The fajita bowl is loaded and filling, and the quesadillas are cheesy and crisp.
