I have been a customer since they opened. I've given out hundreds of dollars worth of gift cards to this restaurant, as I am always wanting to support local businesses. I have turned dozens of people onto this restaurant. I am sad to say that after my experience there today, I am done. I will never eat there again, and am done supporting them. I ordered my lunch online today, so I could pick it up without waiting in the line. The owner and 2 employees saw me waiting at the register. No one acknowledged me. No one said "hello" or "welcome" or smiled. Completely unfriendly. When the owner was done filling bowls for a couple of people, and was opposite me at the register, she continued to ignore me for a minute and then asked if I was picking up. I said yes, and she said it would be a few minutes. Really? So she made me wait further while she rang up the couple's food and waited for them to select their drinks, and when she had completed their transaction she finally took the 10 seconds to ask me my name and hand me my bowl that had been sitting on the counter. Rather than making me wait 10 minutes, (you gotta figure if someone has bothered to order online, maybe they are organizing their time to be efficient?) I could've been in and out in less than 1 minute. Maybe if any of the people working there had been welcoming and friendly, I could excuse their poor customer service. Poor customer service combined with outright rudeness and unfriendly attitude is a combination doomed for failure. I hear there's a new "bowl" restaurant opening in ABQ in 2025, that will feature organic ingredients, friendly, welcoming staff, and excellent customer service. I can hardly wait to give them my business!

Service was efficient, but the quality has taken a huge decline. The food isn’t as fresh, less options. It’s more like a chipotle or subway now. The prices have gone up as well. I would have no problem paying more for the quality of food from before. Higher prices and much lower quality was just a heart break. This place used to be my favorite and I would eat there at least twice a week. Even went for my birthday last year!

The food is so Delicious, the color and taste of the bowl is the best in town, great for a solid day's meal. Girls seem a little judgy. But excellent food for 16$.

THE best lunch I had during my US trip. Tons of choices, from hot and cold vegetables, to meat, rice, and sauces. Everything tasty and not too „heavy“, like often in the US. Additionally, everything gluten free. If I would live here, I would come here several times a week

I hadn’t been there in a long time and looked forward to finally return. I was very disappointed and probably won’t return. The food was displayed Subway style for customers, so not really fresh as when they used to cook it right there. The Farmer’s Bowl was mostly beans and rice with toppings. I’ve frequented this place many times when I worked nearby under previous owner and name, and the current establishment. It isn’t the same food I enjoyed over time and it’s disappointing. It was not worth $28 (with tip and soda).
