I’ve been coming to la Madeline for the last three years. I always make a trip here before I leave from my work travel to go back home. Their pastries are delicious and freshly baked and not to mention their sandwiches, salads and soups are delicious and customer service is always excellent.

I go about once every 2 weeks. Coffee is always just warm never hot enough. Then they always run out and you have to wait 20 min or longer. Today I told employee coffee was out, waited 15 min, he never did anything. I asked the boy at the register he said I do it after I wait on all these people. Line of 7 people. I waited 10 more minutes and asked a girl behind the counter. She came out to get the pot and took it in the back, 15 min later she brought the pot out. That's the only time the coffee is hot, right after they make it. Then as it sits it gets cold. Happens every time I come in. Think I'll go elsewhere. Invest in coffee pots that keep the coffee hot

A very fancy place that is relaxing and the food is delicious. When I went to the bathroom I learned how to count to 10 in French! It was the coolest thing ever!!!

May not be applicable since we ordered through a third party but this past experience is starting to shape a pattern in decline of quality.
Out of the 5 items we ordered, they achieved 60%. We received a completely incorrect sandwich and salad, and did not receive our child’s meal at all (aside from milk). The food we did receive was stale and inedible.
In the past, my family and I have thoroughly enjoyed ordering La Madeline, and had not noticed a decline in quality until most recently.
We had recently had an experience, in person, where a supervisor/manager was rude to us after waiting for a pastry for over ten minutes. We decided to give another chance with a take out order, and literally couldn’t eat it. We had to order food elsewhere.
Shout out to Dions!!
TLDR; La Madeline has achieved a level of quality IN THE PAST, but will not have my family’s business going forward.

Food is not good enough to wait long periods. We waited 20 minutes in line to order and then another 50 minutes for our food to get to the table. We understand it's hard to estimate how long it's going to take but then our food arrived and it seemed as though it had been sitting after the kitchen finished because the croissant was soggy and the crepe was soggy. If it's that busy have staff walking around checking on people and letting people know you're sorry that you're backed up and doing the best you can.

Enjoyed my hot chocolate immensely next to their fire place. Coconut cake was a miss for me but the hot chocolate with the crossiant and cream was divine. Servers were friendly and kind as well.
Very slow service. Iced tea container empty. Quiche could have been creamier. The quiche crust was very hard and could not even be broken up with a fork. We ate there about 2:30 p.m., most of the tables had dirty dishes from the lunch hour still sitting on them.

This was a nice place for a early morning date. The coffee and mocha were really good the mocha wasn’t too sweet. I had simple dish with tomato soup. The soup was good had a little bit of tang to it. The bacon bon bon was really good

Incredibly disappointing breakfast. I ordered the French Toast Breakfast and my wife ordered the bon bon sandwich. It was somewhat comedic as each bite we took or sip of coffee we took we found more and more wrong. The eggs the whites were still clear and runny. The French toast had little to no flavor. The bon bon sandwich had less than a quarter of an egg on one cut side of the sandwich. The cold brew was metallic and rancid.
A great example of when staff take no care in their work or attention to detail. Avoid and go to a local joint with some flavor.
