Compared to other universities I have previously visited/been to, the food at the UNM dining hall is far better in quality and diversity, plus, you only have to pay once each time you are there to eat any of the food you want.
I have only used the cafeteria about 30 occasions in my time at UNM. It has many options for food, including readily available soups, salads, sandwiches, varieties of entrees, and many vegetarian and even vegan options. It functions as efficiently as a high school cafeteria, except 1 swipe can get you access to seconds or thirds of food options. There is always plenty of seating in a spacious atmosphere, with upstairs and downstairs rooms. The staff is very friendly. If I had...
It's all you can expect... Except, during peak times, they run out of utensils often, and all that's left are knives....
