Go early, they run out of things.
We were just visiting from out of town but so glad we made a small detour to go here. Breakfast (Croissant with eggs and potatoes) was amazing. They make all their own pastries and bread. Really good cappuccinos and coffee too. Highly recommended. Kind of dreaming of those croissants now...
Excellent food, super fun waiter! Had a French accent and everything, lol
Quality food and good service. Food and supplies are made/ordered daily, so they'll start to run out of a few menu items, especially pastries, around 1:00 as you would expect. The croissant was especially good.
What a wonderful surprise! We stumbled upon La Quiche Parisienne Bistro this morning, and I can’t believe we hadn’t been there before. The atmosphere is cozy and authentically French, made even more special by the staff speaking French—it felt like a little escape to Paris.
My daughter had a beautiful pastry, my husband enjoyed a perfectly flaky almond croissant, and I had a pâté sandwich that was absolutely unforgettable. We also took home a stunning baguette that didn’t last long!
Delicious food, friendly service, and a lovely ambiance—can’t wait to go back!
Impressive!!! I love food, and I have traveled to many countries during my career and have made it a point to sample as much of the local cuisine of every place I have been. So now when I go to a place when back home that says they are this or that kind of food and I try it it is very rare for me to truly find a restaurant that impresses me with their food. Many places try to make up for mediocre food with service and atmosphere it may keep them in business but it doesn't make them a truly 5 star restaurant in my book. This place is very impressive . The atmosphere is not overwhelming it is more comfortable and cozy, like you might find on a country back road in Europe, yet it is located in a shopping strip mall in the middle of Albuquerque. The food and service are both first class and average priced rather than over priced fancy restaurants that most people go to to find a mediocre meal. La Quiche Parisienne Bistro is Five stars all the way in my book.
Best baguette in the city.
When I walked in they were speaking French and I felt like I was teleported to Paris. All the pastries looked so inviting and I sat to enjoy the croissant au jambon. I loved this little spot and am excited to return.
So good every time😍

Today was my first time coming here as I was looking for something new for breakfast. We were sat at a table very quickly and order some coffees. We also ordered the Croissant au jabon and an eggs Benedict. They tasted just as good as they looked, quite amazing. For dessert we had a fruit Danish and cinnamon roll. They were also amazing. We will definitely be coming back again soon.

I just went here for breakfast this morning, and my friend and I got the eggs Benedict and a laté. I thought the food was good overall: my eggs were a little too runny and hers were a little overdone. The eggs came with a side of greens which I thought were a bit lacking. Overall, it was fine and a cozy little spot.
One thing I thought was weird was the gendered bathrooms in this place. There was a single men and single women's room, and I just felt like it was really unfriendly for non-binary people, or anyone needing to use the restroom not available to their gender. I would highly recommend for this establishment to get modern, and make the single room bathrooms open to all.
Extremely good. The waiter does need to the dressings better as I was told balsamic was all you had (which I didn't mind) but what I got definitely wasn't balsamic lol it wasnt bad, I just would of been happier with the right dressing. The price was a little high in my opinion, a 20-30% price decrease would of made everything perfect. However despite that, I still will be back

I can't really comment on the food as we really couldn't continue to just sit there and be ignored. We were seated and hoped someone might come by to ask us if we wanted some water or possibly order something to eat. Several people that came in and were seated after we came in were served. The laissez faire attitude of the staff is unacceptable. No matter how good the food may be, I won't come back to a place that treats me so poorly. Customers are your bread and butter and they certainly deserve to be treated respectfully.
