Taco truck. Excellent food. Used to be a reason to stop here. Haven't been, and won't be back since they went cash only. IMO Inconviencing your customers to avoid paying taxes is not a good business practice.
I happened upon this taco truck last week. The carnitas tacos were so moist and flavorful. Stopped tonight on my way back through Albuquerque and ordered the asada tacos and a birria taco. OMGosh, I'm truly in heaven, but very sad I live in NE Colorado. Great service and amazing food!!!
Food is so-so. But, the fact that their lights are blasting blinding when shining into a taproom ruins it for me. If I see their truck, I go to a different taproom. Or wait somewhere else until they leave.
