I placed an order for takeout and once I got home, I realized that the chili cheese fries were missing. This required me to make a trip back to the restaurant. After I returned home again and began eating the burger, I discovered that it was not fully cooked, prompting yet another trip back to the restaurant. This time, I requested a refund. However, I was only refunded for the burger and not the fries because I had not returned the fries to the restaurant. During this process, I spoke with the manager, Yolanda, who was unfortunately unprofessional and rude in her demeanor.

I would finally consider myself a regular at Laguna Burger. I live in Arizona but stop here every time I am in Albuquerque or Laguna Pueblo. Their green chili cheeseburger is consistently one of the best anywhere. Skip the frys and go for the onion petals tho. My only complaint would be that they haven't opened a new location in Phoenix.

The first experience was good, and the second was horrible. Counter helper was definitely a few tacos shy party plater. Entire order was wrong, fries were burnt and greasy. No thanks.

The food was meh. The French fries tasted like chips—super hard and didn’t taste at all like they were made from potatoes. The burgers were dry, not very flavorful and the ranch dressing tasted watered down. They messed up our friends order and gave it away to a table that came in a good 5-10 minutes after us. Don’t recommend.

The atmosphere felt like that of a funeral as the customers seemed very sad. We went on a Friday night and the restaurant was unwelcoming and chaotic. The staff took a while to acknowledge us and informed us that it would be about a 30 minute wait. I'm glad they told us ahead of time but I found it extremely surprising that it would take that long considering their menu isn't varied and there wasn't very many people. We ordered a Laguna burger and a Laguna wimp both with fries. The wait was awful and did end up taking about 35 minutes for two burgers. All the while the staff were on their phones and also eating while preparing food. At one point an employee wandered around asking each table if they had ordered a lettuce wrap which made me uneasy about how much attention they paid to their customers as, again, the restaurant was not very busy. The food finally arrived and was mediocre. This is the first time I've had Laguna burger and I had heard great things. The top bun was cold, almost as if out of a refrigerator. The meat was fine, the chile not hot at all, and the cheese solidified. The vegetables that were toppings for the burger were good and seemed fresh. The fries had a consistency like cardboard, overcooked to the point that the middle had dried out and were unpleasant to eat. The wimp burger was burnt to the point that it was crunchy. During our meal we were not checked on a single time and food remained on both the floors and on empty tables as none of the employees seemed to clean. While the experience was disappointing, I will likely be back with the hope that it was a unusual night.

Our meals were delicious, but we had to wait for our kids' meals a bit too long. They should have offered a refund for their meals, not an ice cream. Otherwise, it was some place I would return.

Food was great and well presented. Service was terrible. Our food came quickly but our drinks arrived about 15 minutes later. When I asked an employee about our drinks she was very annoyed and said we need to wait and she complained that the person who took our order doesn't know what he is doing and doesn't know how to make the drinks. We ordered lemonade which looked like it came from a dispenser right behind the person who took our order. There weren't very many customers but maybe they had a busy day. Both the staff members looked exhausted. When I tried to cheer up the person I asked about our drinks she got angry and walked away. I'm willing to try again because the food was great. Maybe next time I will order take out.

My wife and I came here last night for dinner. The way they have the place set up seems fine like other burger joints. You order first, get a number, then find a table/bar area to sit at and they’ll bring the food to you.
I ordered the Laguna Burger, the burger was perfectly cooked and the green chili adds a nice spice to the burger. my wife ordered the Laguna Wimp with fries and a vanilla shake. She said she enjoyed her burger and fries. We shared the shake which was also great.
I feel that the staff is under staffed or the workflow was off a bit. The employee taking orders at the register was making shakes between orders. Which I understand gives time for the orders to get cooked and brought out to everyone at a timely manner. They could benefit to having a dedicated shake maker. But having the drink fridge behind where people are ordering, which is kind of already in a tight spot, is a bit awkward.
It does take a bit for the food to come out but you can see them making the burgers and fries are fresh.
We’ll definitely be back again to try out some of the other different items on the menu and update accordingly.

Laguna Burger was delish! My family was in town visiting and staying at the hotel next door so we walked over and tried it out! Everyone enjoyed their food. Their fries were fresh and their mushroom burger was amazing !! Definitely will be coming back. ?

Service sucked..our food order was completely wrong. When they took back 1 out of 6 sandwiches back to fix. Waited 20 min for new burger. They brought it back the exact same as it went back.. no hand soap in either bathroom. Server was rude. No manager on site. Assistant Manager was no help. Not recommended..
