We really enjoy their burgers and sandwiches, and decided to try their location closer to Albuquerque. The food was great (as always), the service was good, but this location is extremely loud, due in part to the hard floor/wall surfaces and the metal chairs being drug/pulled along the concrete floor. Conversations amongst our party of 4 was virtually impossible unless we raised our voices or interspersed our sentences with hand signals and exaggerated facial expressions. HINT: go for the burgers and not the inside atmosphere.

My family and I had dinner here on Saturday night, and the experience was unacceptable. The staff was unfriendly—no greeting, no acknowledgement, just blank stares. The restaurant itself was a mess, with every table dirty. I even had to wipe down our own table before we could sit. My cousin ordered a bowl of green chili stew, and the waitress brought it out only to set it at the opposite end of the table. When we told her it was for my cousin, she dismissively said, “Well, pass it down then.” Completely unprofessional. The fries looked like leftovers from the bottom of a bag—tiny, old, and tasting like they’d been sitting out all day. Overall, this location was extremely disappointing. We will not be returning, and we definitely won’t be recommending it to anyone.

just... the STRANGEST customer service. The person who served my beer could barely talk (in refined sentences)? Practically slurred speech. No eye contact of any kind.
Then the staff started talking about each other behind each other's backs- yet, in front of the customers.
I simply got the impression that the staff do not like each other, they are Sad, AND they don't want to be there working.
Honestly, during happy hour, *Not Worth* the $13 (+tax) meal, and $3 beer. I came in hopeful and left thoroughly disappointed.
Only the chef/cook seemed somewhat happy to be there.

For first timers it can be a lil overwhelming just because of the selection. Personally, I had the bacon cheeseburger, 10 out of 10. But there's still so much more to try. I'll definitely be back and work my way down the menu

My complaint is mostly about their fries. They were hard and a bit cold when they came out.could be better. The big bad bacon cheddar burger was good I did ask for no tomato and they added one and the bacon a bit burnt overall not to worth it for the price paid around 50$.

I have heard good things about this place so we decided to give it a try as we were passing through Albuquerque. We placed an online order through the App and arrived 8 minutes before the pickup time. They were still finishing the order so we waited a few minutes longer. We took the food out to the car and began eating it. Everything was cold. The flavor was good but tough to enjoy when fries and patties are cold. Hopefully we don't end up with food poisoning on the road. Pretty disappointed.
