I placed a large to go order for my family and my in laws. Paid $95 and some change. The order receipt said it should be ready for pick up by 5:30 pm My husband and I arrived around 5:20pm, we let the hostess know we were there for a pick up order, she seemed less than enthused anyone was even at the restaurant in general. She let the cooks know we were there for our order and we knew we were early so we took a seat and waited. 5;30 came and went and we were still waiting. after a while my husband went to check on his mom and our son waiting in the car. My mother in law came in and started waiting with me. 6 pm came and we went and let them know we were still waiting. Hostess already forgot who I was. She told the kitchen they claimed they had the order ready, yet we still waited an additional 15 min. to get it. After receiving the bags of food, i told my mother in law i wanted to make sure everything was there before we left. So we checked and my order was missing and unfortunately as i was unaware at the time, my husband was given the wrong sandwich. I let them know my sandwich was missing, I ordered a POC with bacon and mushrooms. After waiting 10 min for that, i received it and we went home. Once we got home and passed the food out to everyone, we realized my husbands sandwich was incorrect, he ordered and paid for the roadrunner chicken sandwich, and received the wimp breakfast sandwich instead. My sandwich was missing the bacon and mushrooms which I was charged extra for. My mother in law received mushrooms on her laguna burger and onions which we requested without. Everything was a complete mess and we live in Bernalillo so we were unable to go back. I called submit my complaint and ask for a refund, but unfortunately they were not accepting calls and i was referred to online. I went online and submitted my complaint and never heard back from them after that. Here i am today finally fed up i blew close to $100 on food that was unsatisfying, sloppy, incorrect and incomplete. Very upset, and my husband says he will never be back to this establishment. I've accepted that I wont be getting my money back and will also not be back either.

When went there a customer ask for napkins a couple times, someone really rude responded that they do not give napkins. How you won't have napkins at a restaurant.

I dont know if it was because of the time of night or staff changes but there food tastes bad and the night shift workers literally were sitting staring at food that needed to go out doing nothing. The burger was mid at best but the worst of it all was the fries. I use to come all the time and loved the food but the fries tasted like they had been sitting out all day and they just re fried them. I have never had worse fries. All in all dont reccomend coming here if it later in the night. Every thing was gross and I wish I'd gone somewhere else. Threw those god awful fries away.

It took over 40 minutes to get our takeout order of two burgers and fries. When we got the order home (less than 5 minutes away) the fries were so old, soggy, and stale, we threw them out. They were disgusting. I would NEVER waste my time or money at this place again.
The Chicken sandwich 🥪 was really good and seasoned. 😋 We had Margaritas 🍹 with Dinner.

Made a Togo order and I picked it up at my exact time I was scheduled. I brought my food back to the room and it was okay a little cold. Green chile wasnt even hot 🫠. Chocolate shake was good though.
