Five stars because the burgers are amazing but also the staff is pretty great too! My 6 year old dropped his burger on the floor halfway through our meal today at lunch. He was so upset and crying. The staff saw what happened and made him a brand new burger! Here's a pic of him with his replacement burger.

Not a good burger it was very greasy.. fries were very soft and had no flavor. It was almost 50 dollars for two of us to eat. Will not go back

Usually dynamite food. This time, the food was cold and lacked the usual flavor I have become accustomed to. Service was slower than usual, but it was at peak time of day on a weekend, so they get a pass there. However, in terms of food flavor and quality, I see these as business process issues. Businesses should have processes in place to ensure food taste and quality are consistent across each location and in spite of peak hours. Overall, the experience was good, but, not the usual type that I rave about to others.

We went to the new location at Latitudes in Rio Rancho. We had heard it was expensive. Two burgers and onion petals was $27.00. We devoured the burgers. Well worth the price. No complaints at all. We will be back.

I recently went to the new Rio Rancho restaurant. I had 2 issues with my to-go order, I was given onion pedals instead of fries, and my chicken Ceasars salad didn't have croutons. Otherwise, it was pretty good. Will go again soon, after the new employees get better

Honestly, won’t come back ever again!If you want to spend your whole day waiting for a burger come to this place.They were not busy so it’s bad management and understaffing!

First time here and it took awhile for that order to come out. Salmon burger was dry. Ran out of sauce for big bacon burger so it was ok. The chili cheese fries were good and spicy. Overall it was bad.

I waited over 40 minutes for two sandwiches and fries to go. The food was cold anyway. It was also overcooked. This was overall a disappointing experience. Wouldn't return if given a choice.

Amazing burger...even better shake! The bacon is so thick and tender. The green chilies give it a unique taste. Not a gut buster but it will fill you up.
