Called and said I would be a few minutes late, they said ‘no problem’. We got there and they refused to take me because they, apparently, have some firm no late appointments policy. Desk guy was super mean about it and then they had the nerve to send a no show notice saying I would be charged an additional $25 fee if I scheduled another appointment.
Dyan, who is a superb colorist, just styled our entire wedding party. Six hair styles---up-do's, side pony-tails, and tendrils framing faces. All on the morning of our wedding. And executed beyond everyone's expectations. I can not thank her enough for her talents, skills and expertise.

I first went to Dyan and had a great appointment. However, my follow-up two appointments with other stylists, because Dyan's schedule didn't work with mine, were horrible and then terrible. Customer service was abysmal. I felt like an inconvenience, and the assistant did most of the work! I felt cheated. $150 to look exactly the same, have an assistant tend to me, and be talked down to. Yuck. Now, I have to find a new salon.
