The food here was absolutely terrible and ridiculously priced. The eggplant entree was inedible which was disappointing at a steep price of $39. Beautiful view and nice location in the center of old town. Best for drinks or maybe a charcuterie board but if you want a good dinner I recommend you go elsewhere.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian options are limited (3 options for dinner). All dishes were overpriced and ranged from mediocre (simple salad and asparagus dish) to actively terrible (eggplant entree).

My partner and I had gone for an anniversary brunch. I asked for a latte and received a latte that was the size of a cortado. The steamed almond milk had obviously not been shaken either so there was chunks of milk that stuck to the sides of the cup. I ordered the pancakes and they were overly sweet and undercooked in the middle. Service was good, could use more work on the small details during food and drink prep. Didn’t feel worth the price.

Level 5 is a must for food enthusiasts. The vibe is fun and the staff is attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. The bartenders crushed it. Chef Marc introduced himself and I couldn’t help but tell him that the food was some of the best I’ve had in NM. As a first time visitor, I had low expectations for Albuquerque: This place changed it.

I loved every second of my visit. The food was exquisite. What can I say about the views overlooking the city? It was so beautiful. The chef came by to find out if I enjoyed my meal. It was an intimate dining experience that made my trip amazing. After I finished my meal, I enjoyed some quiet time of reflection in the outside area by the fire. There is something refreshing about the ambiance there. The manager was extremely pleasant. Not only he come by my table to ask me how everything was, but we had a delightful conversation the patio talking about health and fitness. I highly recommend stopping by if you ever visit Albuquerque. Thank you for a wonderful memory.

You can't beat the view, but as other reviews note, the service is not what you'd expect for the price and it seems like little to no effort to create a true fine dining (or really, good dining) experience. Example - the cocktails were excellent, they even had nonalcoholic kombucha for my husband who is sober, but there was no soap in the bathrooms. I went up to someone at the check in desk by the restroom who was clearly a manager, and they were totally unconcerned there was no soap? Still no soap later in the evening in the men's room too. Food wise, some interesting plates with locally sourced ingredients. Overall felt the food was adventurous and pork belly very yummy, chilean sea bass the flavors were perhaps to disoriented but the fish cooked nicely. Service was a take order, drop food situation, no touches on the table otherwise. The chef was very out and about in the restaurant, I wonder if he'd feel comfortable knowing people couldn't' wash their hands at his restaurant? Overall, you can't beat the location and the views, and the cocktails are always excellent. The restaurant wants to be fine dining but it has a long way to go on service, cleanliness, and execution. Not somewhere to dine regularly, as it is very overpriced for the quality.

I ordered the smoke margarita which was not good, I replaced it with a martini which was good. I let the manager know when he asked but he didn’t offer to take the drink off and any other restaurant would have. The Caesar salad was not good! It was a grilled SOGGY salad with a dirty grill taste. The Sea bass was the only thing that was great. Presentation was good too for the fish. Overall though for the prices - not comparable!!!! The view was pretty.

My wife & I had cocktails & dinner here. The space, on the fifth floor of Hotel Chaco, is very attractive, both the interior & and large outdoor terrace that wraps around part of the building & offers superb views. Excellent experience overall. My wife loved her cocktail but mine (Smoked Sage Margarita) was unbalanced - extremely tart. All the food was exceptional: we shared a fried oyster app (fried in duck fat) & both had the Chilean Sea Bass w/ saffron risotto entree. Both sea bass filets were generously portioned & perfectly cooked - lightly seared & moist. The risotto was also perfectly cooked - extremely rare to find in a restaurant outside of Italy. We finished by sharing the apple crostata w/ homemade vanilla ice cream, also delicious. Our server, Jamie, took very good care of us. The maitre d' checked on us twice to ensure we were satisfied, as did Chef Marc Quinones (also twice) - he did this w/ multiple tables, so rare to see. Our evening was reasonably expensive but we felt we received good value. We could not recommend Level 5 more highly!
