Little Caesars Pizza

“Hot and ready” is the most false statement from this little Caesar’s. I walked in and didn’t even get acknowledged for a few mins of standing at the front. I left and sat in my car and another 3-4 people went in after me and none of them got acknowledged either. I guess it takes 5 door dings for somebody to even be bothered to come to the front of the store.

No acknowledgment when there were numerous of customers in line. Workers in the back laughing and listening to loud music when orders are not being made. Had to actually call out for some assistance which I know is annoying. Terrible service even for little Caesars. 40 mins late for my online order.

Waited 45 minutes for service, and some other people had waited there over an hour. 4 people were working in the back, 3 weren’t doing anything. Overall the absolute worst service we’ve ever had, and it’ll be a cold day in hell before we go back to a little caesars

I don’t know what kind of circus Little Caesar’s is running, but this was genuinely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with food service. I ordered over TWO HOURS ago, sat patiently like a clown waiting for a delivery that never came, only to find out after calling THREE times and getting hung up on that they “gave it to someone else.”

Be so serious right now. Nobody picked it up. Nobody mysteriously teleported to grab my food. It was just sitting there while the staff pretended the phone was allergic to being answered.

So we had to SHOW UP in person, basically do their job for them, and then when they finally handed over the order… tell me why the crazy bread the most BASIC part of the meal was missing.

At this point it’s not “Hot-N-Ready,” it’s “Cold-N-Confused.”

Customer service? Nonexistent.
Communication? Delusional.
Competence? Mythical creature, never seen here.

Do better. Actually, start doing anything at all.
Only put two stars for atmosphere because music was fire.

Wasn't expecting much for 7.00$ but was still disappointed, whoever cooked this pizza is blind. Pizza was undercooked and not cut properly. Whoever is cooking back there shouldn't be driving a car or going to the restroom by themselves.

Why is it this place here isn't ready for a rush they are so slow getting they're orders out. What they need to do is turn their damn music down and stop chatting with each other. They have like 10 customers waiting. They need at leader that is on top of everything if they want to keep their business....

I always had good service until tonight took an hour and I was waiting for then to make one thing and they were on there phone asked them how long and had attitude about it and continued to be on their phone the front guy was trying g his best to accommodate but the back had no reapect

Unfortunately my Crazy Breads were still raw but as a baker myself it wasn't that big of a deal to me😁 Just popped them back in the oven for 10 mins and problem solved. Hey! It happens and it was Halloween so I'm giving the employees the benefit of the doubt here because this is probably my favorite location to come to. Everyone's so nice and they usually do an amazing job! I'll still return happily!

Pizza was cold and I got the wrong order paid for a specific type of pizza and just got 2 pepperoni.... I was on the phone for 20 minutes on hold. Trying to tell them what happened and ended up. Just hanging up and leaving this review.

Horrible location staff are awful

10/11/25 As I entered the store this evening, I was immediately greeted by the extremely loud music playing. So loud that I could not hear the woman speaking, and I had to lean over the counter to be able to hear her! The words were quite offensive, the song said I don't give a F and continued on with the B word, the P word and multiple racial slurs! This location is NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY. BEWARE of entering this building with your children! Extremely unprofessional and inappropriate!
The music was totally disparaging and demeaning to women! All the employees seemed to be having a dance party in the back and the preparation areas were a filthy disaster!! Reprehensible employee behavior!
Marian will not be pleased to hear about this!

Called in an order for pick up. Then a bit latter i arrived at the store, music was loud and then the cashier told me my order wasnt ready and that no body told him there was an order. Cashier was nice about it. What i didnt like it was the music loud and this young lady cursing and messing around. Also the fact that my food wasnt ready and it was rushed and looked messy. I understand and its ok to have fun at work. But there is a time and place for everything.

Went for a hot N ready they had no pizza ready it was already 12:30 and waisted my lunch break 💔 and they never have any ready to go at this location

Google says they close at 11pm walked in at 10pm exactly. Was told before i got to the counter they aren't taking anymore orders while there was a family waiting. Open sign still on with all their signage still outside. Disappointed we always have issues at this location.
