I ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza, a stuffed pretzel crust pizza (the one thing I really wanted), a cheese bread and lots of dips. It initially took a while to get the order even though the order was ready for 10 minutes before the promised time. I didn't think much of it because I work in pizza as well, I get it. I got home and found that the one thing I wanted wasn't included in the hand-off and it's place was taken by a hand tossed pizza. I called the store twice because they didn't pick up the first time and they said I could go in and prove to them that I actually didn't get it. So I did and the staff were reluctant to give me the pizza I ordered until the person on the phone with me came to the rescue.They're making my pizza and it's been 10 minutes. I no longer have any time to enjoy the one thing I wanted because I have to go to work.(EDIT) Update: I just got a stuffed crazy crust pizza and not the pretzel crust. No longer ordering from this location. Worst first impression on a new customer.

Cashier “Mia B” was extremely rude and slurring the whole time of our interaction while giving multiple conflicting statements about our order and slammed the window in our face multiple times. This is the second time we have come to this location and the same girl was visibly intoxicated, maybe why she was acting so aggressively is because she’s under the influence at the job? She had us park after being very rude at the window and then proceeded to aggressively shove the order through our car window and make sarcastic remarks. GENUINELY WORRIED ABOUT THE FOOD SAFETY IF THE PERSON MAKING THE ORDERS IS STUMBLING AND SLURRING GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

I ordered three pizza and kindly asked her for some napkins and pepper. she rolled her eyes and slammed the window and walked away to grab them, but then she comes and hands me three napkins and three peppers for my three pizza's & told me that’s all I have and slammed the window in my face again! Very rude.

Tonight me, my son and daughter went to this location on Central. The 2 people that we working tonight we're great people, a guy and girl. I unfortunately did not get names, but they were awesome!! My order was gonna be a wait which I was fine with I prefer the fresh pizza. They have great customer service and were friendly with my kids. I was waiting outside for my order and they walked it out to me. It was just a good experience. The pizza was made AND CUT the right way. I now prefer this location then the one on Rio Bravo.Kid-friendliness: Everytime we go to this location they have a bounce ball machine my kids like collecting the different colors.

Everytime we come here theres always a 30+ min wait . It seems these little kids dont want to work just have the customers leave so they can keep talking. This location needs new management because having to wait 30+ mins for 1 classic pizza is ridiculous!

Ordered online order. Went to go pick up the order my order wasnt ready the cashier said it would take 15min more because they had a big order. Girl never went outside to take my order. I waited an hour and when i went inside she gave me wrong order and had attitude didn’t apologize for making us wait. pizzas didn’t look anything like the way they’re supposed to look pretzel pizza looked just like a regular pizza. They just put butter and salt instead of the crust being like a pretzel crust. The meatza meatza pizza didnt look anything like the picture. I know they cant control all the homeless never EVER COMING HERE AGAIN
