The pizza from this location isn't right, taste awful, I ordered a pretzel crust gave me something else

A cockroach climbed out of the box, the minute we got home. The employee didnt seem apologetic or worried about it at all. I eat it here almost 1 time every two weeks, its sad.

Went in at 1:58 and got the worst service I've ever gotten from this location really hope it improves and this was the pizza I received

I'm upset with them closing in Vegas it was my favorite pizza place the other two places make there pizzas out of gold there so expensive you can't enjoy the pizzas.

They messed our order completely up. Totally incompetent crew and managers, and our food was completely under cooked. NEVER stopping by this place ever again 🤢🤮 ICE NEEDS to visit this store

I've been coming here for a while the employees aren't bad but the pizzas that are made is just embarrassing I ordered a stuffed crust pretzel and the pizza came out like it was a regular thin crust pizza with the flavor of a pretzel pizza they don't even cut the pizzas right i used to love this little Caesars but now I don't wish to go back it's a shame because it's the closest one from my house put in some more work please I'm getting tired of this

Very bad service. The teenagers who work there don't provide good service. They take a long time to deliver the food and they're just playing and laughing.

Horrible teenagers working here. I don't think they know customer service. Online orders are always messed up or not put in!? I don't recommend this little Caesar's. They waste your time. Do better Little Caesars.

What do you expect for a little Caesar’s in the south valley? That’s pretty much what you get. Give the employees a break though, they’re good people and hard workers. And they gotta deal with a lot at that location

This is the most incompetent little caesars in albuquerque. They charge you for the most expensive items you didn’t order then if you try to correct it their like too late and that you the customer “ didn’t, not “ order the thing you didn’t want either so they add it for you and charge you .

Ps nothing is hot nor ready either 15 min wait.

Love the pizza, but the customer service is awful. No greeting when you walk in, I’ve came in twice in the past two months and both times I’m inside theres no greeting, no I’ll be right with you, nothing. A lady was right by the cash register area yet nothing until about 5-7 minutes.
