Waiting forever every time I been here always short staff pizza dough was not done

I usually go to the one on San Mateo and Zuni but went through the drive-thru to pick up two orders of crazy Puffs they were hard and dry as hell. Gave them to my dog.

I went here on 2/15/2025 through their drive through. I was charged twice for my order. Called them and was told they don't have a district manager. Then was told to call on Monday. Called Monday and was told to come in and he would fix it. I don't live close so came in on Saturday 2/22 was told by 2 different mangers no. The first one was trying to be helpful, but the 2nd. Older guy was just being a smart ass. Told me basically it's my fault. For coming in and using my card. I explained I was in the drive through. He said no I was in side. I guess he's me and I just don't know the difference of out and in. The kid said the card reader does it all the time. .. was given district managers number and he could not be bothered to answer.. all the way around no one will fix their mistakes....

We always come to little Caesars and love this food. Today was the first we had such a bad experience w the service and food. The pizza wasn't even fully cooked the crust was still soft and doughy. Plus we were there for about a hour before workers actually provided service. I even have photos. I was so disappointed we didn't even have a ride to take the food back so disappointed and wouldike a refund or replacement

Parking: Really tight fit and a lot of homeless people

Kid-friendliness: Took over an hour to get our service including food and the workers didn't look like they were 100 % ready for work

Worst location ever ! No one would attend me even after standing there 20 minutes unbelievable!!! Pizza was raw, employees wont even say “I will be right with you” this location the worst one yet !

As we walked in to purchase an Extra most bestest pepperoni pizza today two hispanic ladies were laughing, we finally got rung up and she said we would have to wait 10 minutes for a extra pepperoni pizza as if she didn’t want to make it for us. She stated only the regular pepperoni pizzas were available at the moment. I told her we would wait for the extra most bestest pepperoni pizza. When we got the pizza, the crust was burnt, super greasy and a bunch of pepperoni pieces were thrown in the middle. Very disappointing. Not worth the $8.60

She also only wanted to speak Spanish 🤦🏻‍♀️
We’re in New Mexico (in the states) not Mexico come on now.

I had the buffalo wings from here tonight and omg worst outcome EVER!!! Would not recommend if you want to spend 3 hours in the bathroom. Now that I think of it why would I get wings from little Caesars?

It's crazy that seems like all Albuquerque Little Caesars have not doughy but flimsy thin pizza even if it's regular. Make sure to look at the order before you walk out of the store just a reminder because I haven't had very good luck with them lately

Made my order today took 30 mins pizza was flip in the box like folded then got bread stick nasty made me sick garlic like it was going out of style of I could send pictures you know I love going at noon they make them more better then at night

Just went and got dinner from here and it was okay service but the pizza seems like it has been sitting in the warmer longer than suppose to and it was cold. Will not be going to this little ceaser ever agian.

Asked forna fresh cheese pizza. Claimed the one they took out of the warmer was fresh. I finally convinced them to make me a fresh pizza. Waited the 7 minutes, got in line and spoke to the new cashier who claimed she didn't speak English when I tried to ascertain if the pizza was fresh. I took the pizza. Checked it 3 minutes later as I had to get out of line. It was barely warm and definitely not freesh. Took it back to the Little Ceasars on East Central in Albuquerque and asked for my money back. LManager tried to deny me the return. I explained if he didn't give me back my money I would simply call the credit card company and claim fraud. He finally agreed to give back the money. The supposedly non English speaking woman who had perfect English was listening to everything and they discussed it. Not happy to have to argue.
