Little Caesars Pizza

Made an online order and went through the drive through to pick it up and the automated thing on the speaker said they were currently close when they don’t close until 12am on Fridays and my order was ready at 8:30 pm so I pulled up to the window and seen ppl working in there and was completely ignored so I went inside for my order and the lady who helped me tossed my order at me very rude train your employees better

Every time I go to this Little Caesars I regret it I order a head online every time and every time I get there they're barely starting my order and people who walk in get their orders before me I wish I could complain to somebody but there's nobody to complain to even the customer complaint department is just as trash as their locations I'll never go back the pizza taste okay but not enough to deal with this BS

This location is absolutely horrible, incompetent staff! I walked in because their drive always takes 20 minutes to get a pizza. I wasn’t greeted acknowledged let alone helped, despite two employees both looking at me when i walked in initially. After standing around for 5 minutes, with no other customers waiting in the lobby I left. Will not visit this location again despite living across the street.

Bless the 2 WONDERFUL hard working gentlemen, whom operated the ENTIRE restaurant ALONE this evening!!! We went thru the drive through around 7:50/8:00. There simply aren't enough compliments of appreciation I can utter, given his attentively gracious and sweet demeanor! Not only to us, but EVERY guest I saw walk in the door WITH the drive through full mind you!! MANAGERS ~ PLEASE celebrate these two amazing gentlemen!m with a much deserved raise. It takes FAR more staff than 2 people to operate an ENTIRE RESTAURANT... especially on a Saturday night!!! In verity, they handled it with more grace and kindness than I've ever experienced. OHH! I also SWARE our pizza was legitimately THE BEST I've EVER had from here to Texas!!!!! You could taste the love and genuine care it was made with ... even amidst their circumstances. I only wish I knew their names. Please share and provide them with the accolades they beyond deserve! Thank you

I mean, if you like waiting 30 minutes in a line just to get your pizza this is the place for you. Not to mention when you can finally get to the window they open it and ask you what your order was. Quite annoying if I might say.

Not busy no hot and ready ready employee by the entrance smoking. Wrong order of crazy bread gave me stuffed .went all the way back to receive an order of HARD stale crazy bread . Last visit at this little Ceasers.. update 7/18 against better judgement I tried this location again yesterday. Rude , seemed upset with me because They didn't have the right drinks available. Pizza Again not even sliced . All 3 . That is my final time I'll travel to central and zuni location farther but great staff and never an issue . Update.. decided after a year to give it another chance .. stupid me ... OMG nasty rude girl at drive thru. There was recording that said they were closed .. then the girl said can I help you. I asked are you open your recording says closed ... With a nasty attitude she stated WHAT DO YOU THINK , IM TALKING TO YOU AINT I Are You going to order or not?? ... disgusting last time for me at this location. 19 years ago I might have pulled her smart mouth through the window . Ppl need to watch how they talk to customers.

Went there to get the small lunch version of the deep deep deep deep of the deep deep dish. They asked in the drive-through if they could take my order, so I gave it to them. They asked me to wait.... They kept me waiting there for almost four minutes. Then they finally got back on and said oh sorry our lunch deal ended one minute ago.... Except technically, I had already placed my order five minutes ago. They intentionally kept me waiting until their system changed. Long story short, they also made me wait 15minutes to cook a deepdeep dish.

Not sure what happened. There was 3 cars in line ahead of me and when I got to the speaker at 9:23 it said they were closed. This location seems to be inconsistent.
