This place used to be the coolest ice cream shop in Old Town, unfortunately it has rapidly declined in the past year and on the rare occasion that it is open, it is under staffed and filthy.

$3.75 for a tea sachet with hot water. Google said the place closed at 6pm but the owner was rude about m having to leave at 5pm. Won’t come back here again. What a rip off and poor customer service.
