Do not book events or catering here. You will pay a ridiculous amount for food per person and they keep the leftovers. NEVER have I seen this happen and it's not in the catering agreement. Their only response was "you got the donated dessert and to-go boxes for same". No apology. I will never give them any business again.

It was gorgeous and clean. Everything worked as it should and contrary to some of the other reviews, we DID see security outside on the premises at night. The staff was amazing. My mom was happy with everything except for the amenity fee, which was posted, but it wasn't super clear that she was being charged until she got her receipt. Yes there is a sign, but perhaps it would be more helpful to include a statement at check-in about what the fee includes, or just increase the nightly fee by $20. Even still, the price wasn't too bad.

It was horrible so I stay 2 nights and they didn’t clean my room & hose keepers were rude and the place smell like marijuana & Ac was broken & they put us on the first floor and to many people walking around out side and talking car alarm 🚨 going offf so I wouldn’t recommend this place !!!!!

Noisy, Homeless people outside the windows, Scary because we were on the first floor and he was right at my window. They claim they have extra security (they don't) We never once saw security. They charge you an extra 20.00 per day after your stay on top of what you already paid, for small bottles of water and crappy granola bars. We never touched these items and we were still charged for them. They never told us about an "amenity charge" When I called to complain the lady told me the extra charge was for the use of the TV, satellite, soaps and security. The shower head was broken making an awful sound every time we showered. The towels are like sandpaper. I had a dirty towel left in my room when we checked in. Much nicer places with full transparency to stay at I would recommend going there instead. This way you aren't tricked out of extra money for things you don't use, or have already paid for.

Cyber attack on our local airport so we can’t fly out to make it to New Mexico. Called to cancel noting what’s going on (it’s on the national news) and they refuse to cancel/refund our reservations. There’s a cyber attack on an airport!! Planes literally aren’t flying. Zero stars for this hotel. Lack of empathy in a situation that no one could have planned. Zero stars.

Jace was amazing. Informative and pleasant, the best check in experience we’ve ever had! He was kind to our daughter and we joked all in all it was lots of fun. He’s someone we’d have a beer with. Lol.

Dilyllah was super helpful and made checking in very easy. Excited for how late the pool stays open! Absolutely beautiful room! Loving the unique atmosphere and aesthetic of the hotel making our stay truly memorable.

Jason was rude and refused to help me, racist too. Plus the dogs next door kept us up all night, I told the front desk but they did nothing to help. This place is usually our families go to place but these past couple times coming here has been horrible.

Mixed feelings about this place. I know that during this difficult post-pandemic labor period where this generation doesn't want to work so it's hard finding and keeping good employees. That being said, Bella, the black lady at the front desk was rude, disingenuous, loud and unprofessional...she should not be greeting people. I hope wherever she lands up it's not in the hospitality industry. Wrong place for her. On the flip-side...Jac (pronounced Jayce) and Adrian certainly made up for Bella's attitude. Jac was so incredibly calming, good active listening skills, compassionate and attentive. Adrian was on the night crew and as sweet as can be...always professional, kind and helpful. Both of these employees deserve a raise, promotion and should be very useful coaches. Keep these two around! As for the hotel...eh. Carpet was awful. Bed and bedding were super comfortable. I have a service dog and she just made herself so dang comfortable on the king size bed! The comforter and pillows were wonderful. There's no phone in the room which I found very odd and self defeating as you have to use your cell phone to call the front desk to ask for extra towels, lotion, any kind of question. If you have to go to the front desk, which everyone does....then you have to take the ONE and only elevator down. The downside is it takes a lengthy time because so many people were going back and forth to the pool. Also, many people waiting on the elevator were wet and the floor was very slippery but had no doormat to absorb the water or make it not slippery. That's a huge lawsuit waiting to happen. Note...I'm on oxygen from having Covid December 2019 so I'm unable to take the stairs. My visit was an emergency stay and as a result, I ended up calling 911 at 3am for my daughter. For me, the big disappointment was no continental breakfast, no ice on our floor and couldn't find a vending machine. These were common complaints on the elevator because as stated before, you had to take the elevator to get anywhere. Signage could use improvement. I saw on another review that the hotel offers guests a beer but a lot of info was not communicated to us to help us prepare for all the elevator rides to find stuff....particularly the inability to pick up a phone and call operator to answer these questions. Instead you had to go out on your own and find out whether something was available or not. Or worse, as in my case, I had to call Lyft to get a ride to get snacks or food. I have spoken with Luke, Director of Room Service as of today and he made everything better. I believe if you don't know something broken then you can't fix it. He also listened carefully, was very apologetic and issued a refund. My actual purpose for writing this review is to commend Jac, Adrian and Luke. I hope they remain in the industry and are recognized well for their work. I would give this place a second chance if they come up with continental breakfast. It was a disappointment during an emergency to have to pay for a ride to get food. Oh yeah....one real negative issue was before I called 911, I called the front desk for a thermometer and there was not one single first aid kit anywhere. They looked and looked and looked and there was nothing in case of an emergency. Hence, 911. To Jac, Adrian and Luke....thank you so much. I was in distress with my daughter and the 3 of you were helpful.

Southwestern artistic chic boutique setting with stellar customer service. Thank you Jace! Roomy Junior suite is roomy, clean with view of the Sandia mountains off the deck. Upon arrival a cold local craft brew, with a hint of blue corn was provided. Pool & Hot tub rejuvenating.

Bella was absolutely FANTASTIC. She had a GENUINE smile and personality. There was a lady being rude to her because she wasn’t getting her way and I assume was intimidated by how sweet Bella was being. Bella definitely deserves recognition if she hasn’t gotten it yet. Thank you Miss Bella for making us feel so welcome here! ??
