Long John Silver's

Ordered online 6 and 6 fish and chicken. When i got there was given a big box was told it comes like that had to ask another customer (which was trying to order) how can you tell of its chicken or fish? She said chicken. All I know the person who worked the register needs a new job or a should be fired. Will never order again was an awful experience.

Fresh food and very clean very friendly staff really enjoyed our lunch.

Ordered a fish and chicken platter and an extra piece of fish...got the piece of fish but how do you not send the 2 pieces that comes with the platter??? Crap service would like to be contacted for a credit or something. Complete garbage service...do better 👎

We live just a mile from this store so we have gotten food here often. The last 3 times I have ordered food to go they have screwed up the order. wrong or missing sides. Today I ordered 2 platters and several add a piece. I got home and they had given us only 2 sides and one was one I didn't even order. When I tried to call they wouldn't answer their phone and when i drove back there the woman who was in charge acted angry that I would come back... like it was my fault. I don't know what's going on with this place but they need to learn to read the orders and fill them properly and completely. VERY disappointed.

It is to cold in dining room on the night we had dinner. If the dining room needs to be cold for the cooks then cook should move on. Cooks do not pay the bills. Place clean

Three staff was very friendly, but the fish still had raw batter and hush puppies were dry and hard they just crumbled.

I've always liked going to Long John Silvers. The food is delicious but can be a little greasy. The place gets busy during lunch time but the food gets out to you pretty quickly. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Give it a try....

Went in last evening to get some food to go, when I got home and opened the family pack , the pieces were small.. so sad the piece sizes have gone done and prices up... the piece sizes were half the size they used to be

Table for dirty I have to clean it and the sink and the prices have gone up quite a lot so I will only eat there every once in a while I used to like going to eat because it was reasonably priced but now my daughter and I we went and we spent almost $30 that's too much for fast food.
