Never would I imagine writing a review for a fast food place but the service I was shown from ROD MADE ALL THE DIFFERENCE the hospitality and service I was shown I had to shake his hand and thank him for my meal . All my food was fresh I will definitely be traveling all the way from east side Albuquerque just to eat here

Upper management needs to check cameras for this customer experience manager on duty was absolutely horrible. The staff were rude. They did not greet us and our food was raw. We have young children who can get sick off of this raw food. Nothing was done to make it right. When you spend over $60 on food, you expect to have it completely cooked with decent service you can guarantee I will continue to give bad reviews if this does not get fixed!!! The only polite crew member was the lady making the food. When the manager came to the table, she was extremely hostile when a manager was not asked for!

Food is fresh when you do go in. We love the Fish and chicken platter. I have always had great memories as a kid. It still brings those back when my kids ring the bell that I did when I was little. Thank you!

Went to this location today. Ordered the fish & shrimp platter and a side of large clams to go.The person brought it to my table and I said no I ordered it to go. Ok there. But when I got home just to find out no clams just a box of waffle fries.? Just pay attention to what is ordered guys! 🤔Was there 2 months ago and the girls got it right.👍🏼😉

You guys need to suppli condiments when costumer ask!!!! who eats fish with no malt vinegar come on do better thanks for messing up my meal.....
Food was good. Older building and AC was not working well, so took food to go. Could use a remodel as it is an older location. Seemed clean for what I could tell.

This Long John Silver's Central Ave & Atrisco location gets a bad review only because there's one handicapped parking spot designated. The handicap ramp is not marked either, the only one is on the Westside of the building. You will miss it unless you are actively looking for it.
I'm adding to this review years later. The handicapped parking has not changed. It's not on level ground. Danger to those in wheelchairs. Food this time was not good. The cod was like rubber. The chicken over cooked. Waffle Fries were pulled way too soon. Green beans were too cold to eat. Over all, a waste of $85. In the building, there is visible dirt stuck to grease on the walls. Ceiling panels were missing. The store over all never looks sanitary. The dining room temp was super humid and hot. Breeding ground for food borne illnesses.
