We asked if we can get a table by the bar area and service says no its full that we would have to check in and wait in line 1 1/2.., then he comes over to a couple that just walked in hugs the female shakes hands with the male.. says he will right back.. go up to them and seats them were i asked if it was available.. they didn't have to check in at all!!! 😡 As I watched him go get them menu's. Male servicer with glasses and black beard 😡. Caries on a conversation...
I love the food and atmosphere but to order to you stay waiting for someone to help you for about 25 min. Even though I've asked the bartender and multiple servers they always say to wait. Horrible to go service.
Wednesday night, not busy at all made us wait to be seated. We where going to order appetizers and drinks but was refused to be seated because one in our party was stuck in traffic.
