Overall: We decided to try this place out one day due to a poor experience with a different restaurant. My wife liked the food and service so much that we have been back several times in the past two months (4 or 5 times) and picked up twice.
Food: The food has been excellent each time and we've tried pretty much everything on the menu at this point, and it all has been amazing!!!
Service: We've had a stellar experience both dining in and picking up here, with the exception of one visit where during a pick-up order, the women who was in charge of the pick-up section was completely irate, frustrated, and completely rude and unprofessional to myself and other customers. Still.... the experience wasn't enough to make me want to drop a star.
Atmosphere: We absolutely love the atmosphere and according to the literature on the establishment, each restaurant is unique to the local area and community they serve.

The wife LOVES the blue corn enchiladas but i come here for the amazing green chile cheese fries. The lady who works at the takeout window is HILARIOUS. Food is great, service is awesome, excellent quality!!

So I’m going to start this off with just that the food was okay, and the server was great, we had a nice lady as our server, however my issue is mainly with the management. We came in a couple of weeks ago and had ordered a kids burger for my son, upon getting it the patty and the burger in general was the size of maybe a hockey puck, I had told my waitress about this and she went back and had tried to ask the kitchen to possibly remake it, no such claim was made. We had the manager come over to our table, an older looking man named Justin, and apologize and comp our meal, this isn’t the issue. When later presented with the problem to the server, my husband heard him say that she was being unprofessional in her comment to us of not knowing the general size of the kids burger since it’s not exactly something she notices a lot, this is understandable but to pull her aside in the front of the restaurant and call her unprofessional in front of other guest, not only is that rude but also embarrassing to the server and the potential customers. My final grief that I have is that I had seen a man with a large sleeve of tattoos come out and say some pretty…expressive things to some of the servers and costumers, and even to the point of where we were sitting close enough to the kitchen to hear him yelling at the servers, if I was a server here I wouldn’t want to come into work on a day to day base, unprofessional behaviors from what seemed to be the manager and the cook. Over all great service and good atmosphere, we won’t be coming back to this location but others will see us again!

We both had the chicken chimichunga plates; these were tasty and filling. The server was attentive and on point... they've got a selection of beverages. I had the lemonade, though beer also goes good with this meal, (Enjoyed at previous visit) soppapillas were brought for dessert. Food was good as expected and cost fit. Atmosphere: older traditional, comfortable. A little aged.. Overall an enjoyable meal time experience. Recommended.
Went to have dinner with my family the service was really slow our order took forever to come out had to ask several times for refills on our drinks that never got refilled. Once the food come out some were hot the rest were cold they forgot items on my daughters burger. The fajitas had a horrible taste never received the sides to the fajitas. The decor was out of date the table was sticky
I just stopped in for dinner and waited an entire hour and my food never came out. Highly disappointed as this is normally my go to place. I usually eat here once a week but the service has gone downhill the last few times I’ve been in. Guess I need to find a new spot. An hour for food to never be delivered is insane.

I love the shredded beef burrito you can get rid of green chili or get them both, my wife recommends the chili rellenos! whenever we have visitors coming to town this is definitely one of the places we go when they say they want REAL NEW MEXICAN food!

The food was fine, and the one incorrect meal in our group was taken back and fixed—no big deal. Our server was amazing: friendly, attentive, and professional the whole time. The problem? The general manager, Justin Baird, came to our table to discuss the incorrect meal and told us the server would have to pay for the meal or take a write-up.
That’s not just unprofessional—it’s illegal. You don’t threaten or shame employees like that in front of customers. We were shocked and felt terrible for our server, who handled it all with grace. We’ve reported the incident to the company’s HR. Management like this has no business being in charge.
