Once u get there to pay they give you a small soup to eat while u wait for the order, i got a burrito of asada and pastor tacos, starting with the tacos the meat its self wasn’t seared it was just like warmed up, tortilla was so dry, they don’t add no oil or nothing to it, won’t come again for the tacos, the burrito in other hand gahhhdamm it was awesome, loaded with rice beans meat it was great would definitely come back for it. They have a small table outside for 5 people, other than that u eat in ur car lol

Don't be fooled just because it's a food truck. The food here sells real, authentic genuine mexican food. None of that americanized garbage we see at truck stops.
I got their carne asada burrito and chicken quesadilla. Their burrito is the bomb with chewy, savory meat (none of that dried shredded crap) Quesadilla is crispy and delicious. Totally solid.
Great food and service. If you're a trucker hungry for mexican food, hit this place up. You ain't gonna find food like this at any truck stop

Also came with a jalapeño, chips on the side and all the sauces you need. Sorry I have no picture. Dove right into it!

This is one of the best food trucks. Huge delivery in he in the wall places for food. This was a one if my favorites now and I'll swing thru anytime im in Albuquerque. I forgot to take picture lol I dived right in.

This is for sure the best taco truck I’ve ever stopped at. I work all over western states. I love to check out taco trucks. Out of perhaps 50 or maybe more this is best I’ve ever had. One is in Chico CA and another is in Los Molinos CA. This one is numero uno! Meat has zero gristle. It might be fillet mignon. I ordered tres tacos especial dos carne asada y uno pollo. The hot sauce has great flavor and not just hot. It’s a taco truck so forget atmosphere.

There was a nice place for every truck drivers. But… something change. The ladies argue with me about my order . I ordered 1 quesadilla with shrimp and asada. But they charge me for two quesadillas. When I asked why. They told me that I ordered two 2️⃣. The speaker 🔊 is broken and sound was terrible . Every time I parked at pilot specially for this place. But I think it was my last time when I drive here for food 😔😔😔
