EGG FOO YOUNG SO DELICIOUS
The crispy duck is amazing. And the portion sizes are huge. Plus the guy at the counter is super friendly. I popped in for a late lunch and was so glad I did. I'll be a regular now!
PRICEY food is SWIMMING in oil which is served in a carry out Styrofoam container along with plastic utensils. All packaged in a plastic bag. Had to ask the person at the counter to clean the Styrofoam contain with a wet towel to get the spilled oil off. I ordered Chinese egg plant with garlic sauce. The egg plant was over cooked. Good flavor but over cooked and EXTREMELY oily! It was uncomfortable eating because air conditioning does not cool the space.
I do not recommend the Lucky Wok for Chinese food. But highly recommend Rising Star for the best Chinese food in the Albuquerque area.
Great food! Great portions! Great meal deals! Dining area is small but genuinely the food is so good, we just do pick up
This is hands down the best place. The service is bueno and the consistency of good food each time has been top notch!
One thing to note- it’s setup for takeout meals. You can eat inside but it’s small and they serve the food in to-go containers.
Super friendly and helpful at the counter. The chicken dishes were good. The lo mien was disappointing. It was literally spaghetti pasta with some sauce stirred in. No celery, onions, anything. Spaghetti. The fried rice was literally just brown rice. Nothing in it and very bland.
Spring rolls were good.
Kinda pricey however it was enough for two meals so consider that.
The food wasn’t bad, but I was disappointed that dine-in orders were served in to-go containers instead of regular plates. When I asked if they could switch, they said they don’t have regular plates. If I had known that, I wouldn’t have even bothered trying this place. The styrofoam, in particular, wasn’t great for hot food, and I didn’t feel comfortable eating from it. It seems like they mainly cater to delivery and pickup.
The people who work here are so kind and appreciated one of the best Chinese restaurants in ABQ everyone needs to stop in great food and very kind people
Get the chicken wings and thank me later. Also everything else on their menu

If you’ve been driving by this place without stopping I’d highly recommend you take the time to check it out. Our 4th Street food scene has vastly improved over the last few years and this little joint is definitely one of the highlights!

Dietary restrictions: I’m allergic to fish oil and oyster sauce. Most places I ask about modifications to noodle orders are annoyed by my request, but the staff at Lucky Wok were happy to accommodate me. I’ll definitely be going back.

Super friendly staff, and the food was amazing especially the quantity for the price. The chicken chow mein was super good and so was the orange chicken with the fried rice. Tbh i didnt really know how to order so I definitely got more than i thought i was getting but still for 30$ it was totally worth all the food. Wil definitely come back when i visit Abq again!🙏😋

Lucky has the best egg foo young—crispy, fluffy, and packed with flavor. The gravy is spot on, and the portions are generous. Everything we’ve tried here has been amazing. Definitely a go-to spot for great Chinese food!

Tasty, fresh food with friendly service! Large portions, quick take out. The only thing I would ask for are more chef specials on the menu. They serve the usual Chinese American food, but I suspect that they know how to make authentic dishes that are different and delicious! I would order those!

We are staying for a brief stay at a hotel in Albuquerque and took in takeout. We are from the NYC area and have had amazing Chinese food. I have to say that this food is amazing. The pork fried rice has large chunks of spare rib and the Mongolian beef on spot with flavor and spicyness. The wonton and hot and soup are prepared perfectly. 👍👍
