Website sucks!

So many of the games did not work.. took our money but wouldn't let us play. We waited an hour and half for bowling to have it break down 3 separate times, didn't give us more time. We ordered drinks never refilled them, and the bar drinks were the worst I've ever had. Overall a horrible experience. Sad because it used to be good here..

I stood in line behind 5 groups for 25 minutes watching the young ladies behind the counter have no sense of urgency whatsoever. There were 8 people behind the counters altogether and they were all just messing around. Maybe 2 were helping other people. You guys need a more competent staff.

We went to Main Event for my daughter’s birthday, and it was a huge disappointment.

The facility is poorly maintained—dirty, grimy, and clearly neglected. Out of all the staff, only one employee appeared to actually be working while the rest seemed disengaged or absent. The managers need to be addressed and I would advise ownership to place all managers on a PIP.

We were assigned lanes #19 and #20, and both constantly broke down and malfunctioned throughout our time bowling. It completely ruined the experience, especially for a child’s birthday celebration, also drinks took 25 min and you are lucky to be served.

I seriously question how management and ownership can take pride in this location. It’s sad to see so much potential wasted. If this place were run properly, it could be fun but the growing number of negative reviews clearly reflects a downward trend.

What’s even more frustrating is that nearly all negative reviews are being responded to but it is clear that’s where it ends, no follow through to improve operations, I’m willing to bet the #s are starting to reflect a downward trend in sales as well.

Not awful but not great either. It's reasonably priced for things which makes this place unique and decent atmosphere. When the games worked it was pleasant, but also annoying since more than half the games didn't work. I had a few games either take credit and partially let you play, crash halfway through gameplay (photo is skiing game that crashed halfway), or take credit and not work at all. There's so little to do in Albuquerque so this place would be so cool, but it's a little disappointing in the end.

We came to have fun but we didn’t know we couldn’t use the hour play to get tickets like other places we’ve been.. My daughter was very upset due to not knowing after playing games to get tickets.. Which was hard for her due to her being on the autism spectrum.. The manager Kat was awesome she did an amazing job and helped my daughter get an alien plushie which she wanted. But this one guy that works there on the heavy side was rude to us before we got to talk to the manager Kat.. Thank you very much Kat for making my daughter first time experience memorable💚🧩🩷🦊

My daughter had her 14th birthday there today December 22nd, The service was awesome from our host right from the door through our entire stay. The ropewalk was closed today but mgmt made right and offered alternates that made up for it. This place is great, several times being here and we'll come back again! Thank you again for a great day today!
