We always have a good time when we visit Main Event, BUT every time we go, the food service is horrible. We waited 20 minutes for someone to greet us at our lane and then another 30 for our server to come take our order and another 45 for our food to come to our table. I looked over and noticed the servers were having a pow wow in the corner.
It appears as though when a company pays to use the entire center, in the arcade you cannot earn points or tickets. The games are designed around earning tickets. Plus about a quarter of the games are not functional with the unlimited play cards. I totally get that the extras like laser tag and the gravity area are options that the company chooses to include or not, but, really, the no tickets thing sucks….here, spin the big wheel and…that’s it, watch it go around.
Of course we had a blast. Very laid back and not packed at all ok on a Tuesday night. Pizza was pretty good. Why I cannot give it more than 3 stars is because the customer service was horrible. Employees standing in groups talking to each other with backs turned. We had to keep finding people to get help. For bowling there were plenty of empty lanes but they put us on a broken one. We had small children with us and had to change to another one to get bumpers. That to me is just...
