Mandalay Express

I really enjoy this place out of all the options in the SUB. You get a large amount of food for the price you pay and the menu changes every day. The workers are always courteous and I've never had an issue with the service or the food. Even when it's busy, they're pretty efficient at getting everyone served quickly.

Vegetarian options: Spring rolls, rice, and a few other vegetarian options.

Very bland. Tastes like generic Panda Express. Not recommended.

There has been reduction in portions for a while but the price is still remains as high as it was before. Certain employees have a tendency to short change on portions and be snarky when called upon. Regardless of the national climate of ‘shrinkflation’ this has discouraged my choice is using this venue. I normally go to Fusion venues for the large portions otherwise there would be no point to it.

I enjoy this place, for how fast you get your food you are always greeted and taken care of from the friendly staff members.

The food generally looks like it should be good, but it never has much flavor. I don't understand Mandalay. More expensive than the quality justifies.
