This place has good food, and very friendly staff.
I had an excellent breakfast experience! The red and green chile were both packed with flavor—just the right kick—and the green definitely brought more heat. The huevos rancheros came in a generous portion and tasted fantastic, and the breakfast burrito with bacon was another standout. I highly recommend getting it smothered with Christmas chile for the perfect balance of spice and richness.
The customer service was just as impressive. I placed my order by phone, and they were friendly, patient, and helpful. When I picked up my food, I was surprised to find they had even decorated my to-go bag—such a thoughtful touch that made the experience feel extra special.
Overall, delicious food, great flavors, and top-notch service. Highly recommend!

Food comes a little slow but the carne adovada, mango lassi, and coffees are outstanding. Great little place.

A interesting mix of flavors await at Marigold Cafe. East Indian flavors mix with New Mexican dishes and classic American food. Try the Lamb Burger with the mint sauce it's fantastic. The Curry is very good as well. Reasonably priced.

A friend of ours invited us to breakfast at the Marigold Cafe. What a find. Simple little place tucked away on the north side of Journal Center area near the Cabela's/Bass Pro Shop store. Simple place but very good food. I had a salad. All of the ingredients were crisp and fresh. Nice presentation as well. My compatriots dishes were also well prepared and delicious.

We ordered a Navajo taco and Monte Christo sandwich. The Navajo taco arrived without the red chile that was requested when ordered. The Monte Christo was two thin pieces of ham about a tablespoon of jam on a dry croissant, it had not been dipped in egg and cooked like a Monte Christo should be. We did not ask for Chile because it had already taken 40 minutes to get our meal and we had an appointment to go to.

September 2025 first time I visited this entity.
Basic! the salad was tasty. It was a struggle for them to swap goat cheese for avocado they reluctantly did. Grateful!

Our family has been coming here for about two years. The food is excellent and the staff is super friendly. Somehow their fusion of Indian flavors and chile just works, the food SLAPS.
