Customer service here REALLY SUCKS!! Employees are always in a bad mood no matter what time of the day I go in. Always RUDE. Wont be spending my hard earned money at this establishment anymore. I will make sure to let my family know, which also spend a good amount of money each time they go get food.

Definitely excellent quality food. It is one of the better italian style restaurants. My only complaint is that it does take quite some time to make food. The last time I went, I just wanted two standard calazones. It took around twenty or twenty-five minutes. It's not horrible, but it's definitely not quick for a quick lunch option when you only have a thirty minute lunch. Highly Suggest ordering over the phone or online before you start your lunch. I know the price is also fairly high. If I recall correctly, I spent about 30.00-35.00 on just those two items. On the plus size, they were fairly big.It would have been nice to see a little more pepperoni inside. There was a ton of cheese, though. All in all, i've always liked mario's and will continue to come back.

I ordered the carbonara...... It is NOT traditional carbonara they use alfredo sauce instead of egg yolk and Parmigiano-Reggiano. I've been looking all over for a traditional carbonara that I don't have to make.... If anyone knows where I can find that please let me know.

Definitely disappointed by today’s service. Usually Mario’s is always really good. The last time that I ordered the wings they were a little dry so I asked my DoorDash driver to ask for an extra side of buffalo sauce. Because the order had already been closed out, they wanted me to do an entirely new DoorDash order just for a small side of buffalo sauce, which is ridiculous. Especially when the wings have no sauce on them. I paid $60 for dry wings and burnt pizza. Sad day :(

⭐ 0 Stars — Extremely Disappointed with the Pizza and Rude Customer Service

I had a terrible experience at Mario’s Pizzeria & Ristorante that I feel obligated to share. I picked up their giant pizza around 7:30 PM and paid $48 — only to find out it was extremely salty, greasy, and barely edible. By the time I tasted it, they were already closed for the night.

The next day, I called to explain the issue, expecting at least a decent apology or resolution. Instead, I was met with rudeness and disrespect from the manager Rodrigues. He told me I had to drive back 30 minutes with the leftover pizza just to get $10 off my next order — as if that somehow makes up for the bad food and wasted money.

I even offered to send a picture of the pizza, but he refused, claiming his phone “doesn’t work” — which clearly felt like an excuse to avoid dealing with the situation. It’s very disappointing and shows how little they value customer satisfaction.

I’ve been a loyal customer at other Mario’s branches and never had an issue, but this location was a complete letdown. Between the poor quality pizza and unprofessional customer service, this has been one of my worst dining experiences. Management should seriously re-evaluate how they treat paying customers.

I’d appreciate if someone from higher up contacts me directly, because this situation was handled in the worst possible way.

We went here last Saturday they got our order wrong at first and acted as though we inconvenienced them they seemed prejudice because we were a mixed couple not friendly at all

Very slow service seemed to be understaffed, after almost 2 hours we ate. Menu’s need to be cleaned they are gross.

The person at the front was rude when we walked in, and then while we were waiting they seated a table of 5 and ignored us. Won't come back.

I come to Mario's about once a month with a group of people. There are large portions. The food is good. The waitresses always work hard. Today, there must have been a new chef because the food took longer than usual. Will still go back.
