I entered the Reno store (12300 Old Virginia Rd) today at around 330pm and as I was using the self checkout I witnessed one of the employees yelling at a customer and trying to tell him to get out because he was having an attitude. However, the customer never said a single word to him before the employee started yelling at him. The employee had told the customer to go to the other checkout, but the other person at the checkout said they were closed because they were on break. So the customer went back in line to the other checkout line, and the whole time, the employee kept saying ," it was an accident! Don't be having an attitude!" Which was super odd because the customer never said a word to him about the mistake. The employee was super out of line, and came off as being racist towards this customer. I find it appalling that your employees act this way towards customers. I usually like your guys's store, but not so much after what I witnessed today.

mavericks lied when they bought kum & go. they assured everyone that kum & go wouldn't be going away. then sure enough, they kill off our beloved kum & go to be replaced by the more expensive mavericks stations. they did away with the delicious kum & go cookies and ditched the pizza at many locations. food is much more expensive too. can't even prepay for gas without some stupid code. closed many kum & go locations here in the Springfield, Mo area too. we will never forgive mavericks for their lies and what they took away from us

The Kum & Go branding was arguably the biggest reason I ever started using and continued using them. Between the name change and the common decline in service, food, etc I doubt I’ll make many stops at a maverik again.

Absolutely a horrendous experience with Eric. He was unprofessional and very disrespectful to a customer. He wore his hat to the side and is a poor representation of a brand we love living in Utah. If you are passing through or even live her stay away from this location.

Since taking over the Kum&Go’s in SW Missouri there has been decline in cleanliness and service. Bathrooms, floors and counters are always a mess. Wait times inside are ridiculously long. And fyi the videos of dessert dune buggies and snow capped mountains mean nothing. That’s not where we “road trip”. Try being relevant. Take the time and get footage of table rock lake or St. Louis and KC.

Maverik, do better! Your coffee is decent but can you get cups that don’t leak all over my hand!? I’ve gotten coffee everywhere from Pocatello ID to Cedar City UT and the cups suck at every one of them.

Maverik's are convenient with friendly staff but there's a trend happening at Maverik's not having sodas. They seem to always be out of so many of their soda flavors. One day I tried 3 Maverik's and all 3 had soda shortages, on all Coke flavors (cherry Coke zero, regular and diet Coke flavors), Dr Pepper products were out also. And the restrooms are not clean either.

They charge a surcharge on gas. Then it gets put back on your card later. Really?.I call BS. don't shop there.

The store in Republic Mo on corner of MM and 60 is the worst store i have ever been to got gas today of course having to use their stupid authorization code to get it the double charged me for the gas after i got home from a day of shopping i was going through my bank account and saw the took 35.00 out of my account twice i went back there and ask to speak to a manager and this dude said im the lead i told him what happened and even showed him a picture of my account where they took the money out and he was pretty rude and said well i wasnt here this morning and i cant help you and nothing i can do. so i told him im not leaving here till i get my money back an told him he needed to call the store manager so he did but he stepped back from counter so i couldnt here what he was saying the came back and held his phone to me and said to who ever was on the other phone to repeat and they said we cant do anything its a customer service problem and of course they are not open on sundays. So now i have to take more time tomorrow to get this taken care of the worst customer service ever told them i will never spend another dime in this store and will be posting all over social media to warn people. I also told everyone that was getting gas at the time to make sure the dont do the same to them

Upon filling up, the pump notified me to go in a grab a free burrito with my rewards points. The cashier informed me I couldn’t get it because I didn’t have the app on my phone. You have lost a loyal customer because of your rewards/non-rewards program.

Stopped at 2 mavericks in Caldwell.For food , one of them was completely out of mayo. the other had three hotdogs on the grill that were black. I mean totally black And there excuse was that they were italian sausage. Even italian sausage should not be black. these are two of the Mavericks I have been to ever
