Maverik Adventure's First Stop

The attendant was rude.

Love this store! Always has everything I need! The staff are always friendly, especially the manager! Always come here for my gas and snackies!

Absolutely a horrendous experience with Eric. He was unprofessional and very disrespectful to a customer. He wore his hat to the side and is a poor representation of a brand we love living in Utah. If you are passing through or even live her stay away from this location.

Maverik's are convenient with friendly staff but there's a trend happening at Maverik's not having sodas. They seem to always be out of so many of their soda flavors. One day I tried 3 Maverik's and all 3 had soda shortages, on all Coke flavors (cherry Coke zero, regular and diet Coke flavors), Dr Pepper products were out also. And the restrooms are not clean either.

They charge a surcharge on gas. Then it gets put back on your card later. Really?.I call BS. don't shop there.

The store in Republic Mo on corner of MM and 60 is the worst store i have ever been to got gas today of course having to use their stupid authorization code to get it the double charged me for the gas after i got home from a day of shopping i was going through my bank account and saw the took 35.00 out of my account twice i went back there and ask to speak to a manager and this dude said im the lead i told him what happened and even showed him a picture of my account where they took the money out and he was pretty rude and said well i wasnt here this morning and i cant help you and nothing i can do. so i told him im not leaving here till i get my money back an told him he needed to call the store manager so he did but he stepped back from counter so i couldnt here what he was saying the came back and held his phone to me and said to who ever was on the other phone to repeat and they said we cant do anything its a customer service problem and of course they are not open on sundays. So now i have to take more time tomorrow to get this taken care of the worst customer service ever told them i will never spend another dime in this store and will be posting all over social media to warn people. I also told everyone that was getting gas at the time to make sure the dont do the same to them

Upon filling up, the pump notified me to go in a grab a free burrito with my rewards points. The cashier informed me I couldn’t get it because I didn’t have the app on my phone. You have lost a loyal customer because of your rewards/non-rewards program.

Stopped at 2 mavericks in Caldwell.For food , one of them was completely out of mayo. the other had three hotdogs on the grill that were black. I mean totally black And there excuse was that they were italian sausage. Even italian sausage should not be black. these are two of the Mavericks I have been to ever

Stopped at What Was Kum & Go, Mt.Vernon Mo. to fill up with Gas, as always. The Automated Gas Pump Would NOT READ My Debit Card today.. Tryed Three Times.. Pump display screen looked different. I had to walk in to the Store for HELP to buy gas. They gave me a print out, an Auth Code, to enter on the pump key-pad... They told me it was Not Kum & Go and is now called Maverik..(?) "This Is NOT USER FRIENDLY For A Elderly Handicap Person".... Even More, Extremely Complicated to buy gas there now..... I Will Never Go Back.........

No hot food, gas is a pain to pre pay for with a bs code. I just overall can’t stop by a kum and go store at all anymore they suck and rely on mostly self checkout hopefully they change it but they won’t so they do not get my money

Cashiers at this store were rude and too busy attending to personal matters instead of worrying about the customers in the store.

My car broke down on my lunch break and as a home nurse I had all my work computer and equipment with me and had to carry it in my backpack. I went to Maverick and needed to wait half an hour for my uber. I realized I started my period and went inside to use the bathroom so I wouldn't be bleeding all over myself since I couldn't go home yet and still had to work. I was also thirsty and wanting something to drink and possibly food since i was missing lunch. A female worker stopped me right in front of the bathroom and told me to leave my backpack (which has over $1000 of computers/work equipment, blood pressure cuff, stethoscope, etc. in it) I told her I don't trust that no one will take my things and she said "Well then get out". If she would have given me the option to leave my equipment behind the cash register I might have complied. The horrible treatment is unacceptable. If you want people to leave their bags somewhere then make a safe place for that. At least let a woman use the damn bathroom since we can't use it like a man just anywhere. What's more disappointing is I regularly stopped here to and from work for gas, coffee, drinks and snacks. My mistake. It won't happen again.

Oh man, they have the best tasting, mind starting Colombian coffee. I didn’t really stop at Maverick before, but now I stop every morning for this Colombian coffee..
